Misty was incredibly jovial, kind, and determined to help us with our choices and options in purchasing shoes. She makes shopping experience in Tilly’s very peaceful. Marissa at the front desk was also very pleasant and checked in on how our experience was while shopping, also very nice indeed. We are very appreciative of the stress-free shopping experience and plan on returning in the future. This store has done a fantastic job of hiring individuals who care about the consumers experience.

What a great store! Fantastic product in the store and a great selection of marked down appeal as well. Dillion helped me and was a absolute professional! The store vibe was alive and fun. Will def be shopping here again in the near future! Found three items I couldn’t leave without!

I'm seeing all these negative reviews about customer service... If you go in while Ivan is working you will not be disappointed. He's very personable and attentive. He greets you, let's you know he's there for assistance, let's you shop and then checks you out promptly.

Not only I'm I upset but now I have to face my wife and tell her that her Christmas gift is ruined, this will be the final straw in our marriage and I will have a lonesome Christmas all by myself

The customer service from Jordan was great. I was able to find a pair of shoes that were out of stock with Nike, so I am glad I went into the store.

people in the store were pretty chill and helped me with that i needed. also for everyone who was crying about not having to wear a mask, cope.

Decent selection 👌 employees working the register should be a little more energetic and not take 5 minutes per item to roll and place in the bag.

Nice store as far as apparel goes but I cant say the same about the customer service. I was there a few days ago to buy some shirts and was completely ignored by the only staff member I saw. He was a tall, skinny medium skin toned- (not sure of the exact ethnicity or race but he was a poc) with long curly hair in a ponytail. He looked dead at me and cut his eyes at me and dropped his head to the counter. I left and bought some shirts from spencers instead. It was unfortunate because I like Tilly's.

ZERO stars--- The worst customer service at all.
I bought two $25.99 O'Neill shirts from here washed them and within 5 days of this purchase came back to the store to show them the shirts bleed and they said too bad you washed them.
I then contacted corporate and they ignored my email for 7 days. I then sent a second email and they too said too bad. Its not within 30 days. Well, it would have been if your store said to contact corporate and if corporate would respond to emails and answer their phones.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE- they have lost my business and I will tell everyone what a poor customer service program they have ( or lack their of). $50.00 in the trash and they don't care.

Update . I did hear back from the corporate office they gave me a credit on my account and I purchased a pair of sneakers from the store. Corporate did stand behind what they needed to do. And they agreed that they would help the local retail store with better training communication with customers so will have better shopping experience.

Store manager Emily Mogleski is so ignorant , not someone I would put in front of my business . I stated I had a medical condition and she stated she didn’t care and to put on a mask. then threw me out of the store for not compiling. We will be filling a complaint .law suits from people with medical coming. Owners beware .

Was denied entry due to no mask . I stated medical was the reason & I told her . she told me I couldn’t shop. so crazy to treat people this way store manager needs education on mandate.

So just was kicked out for not wearing a mask, told the rude man twice that I have a medical issue that I can NOT put one on. Still was told I had to leave. P.S the guy was wearing a bandana on his face, exactly what is that supposed to do..... awful place, awful treatment.

Very fatphobic, I am a medium woman and medium-sized clothes did not fit me. The smalls look like kids clothes. Very horrible experience and the staff were mean to me about my size.

Also got kicked out coz the manager Emily Mogleski and I told her medical but she still refused to get it. what horrible store .
