I went to buy some shoes on black Friday and was blown away with the service I received from maleni a true professional she was very knowledgeable and friendly also she spoke Spanish so she made me feel at home I will definitely will make this my store I will come all the way from New port richey to shop there happy 300%!

I shop here often and always find great items at a good price. They have so many different items, literally everything you need for your home and work. Love shopping here!

I look forward to their Black Friday sale! But today I was not only blown away by my savings but by the wonderful, helpful people who work there. They are friendly and go above and beyond in their interactions with the customers.

I had not been within the Kohl's Clearwater store in quite sometime. It is terrific. I had brought back a return I purchased on-line and then roamed the store and rec'd the most outstanding buy of women's Vanity Fair 3 pack panties reduced from $30. to $4.50. I had to take advantage of that. When I got on line the cashier even noted it was a gr-r-r-reat buy. Being I was using my Kohl card she offered me a card to pick for an additional discount and I now got my 3 pair of panties for $1.11 each. It sure did make my day. I will be shopping there more often.

Had a nice and friendly encounter with Katie, the sales associate. She helped me with my coupons and Kohls charge card. I saved $40, which is fantastic! Enjoyed shopping there and will be back.

Im very satisfied with my visit to Kohls today because the person who helped me (Alexis) was busy with something else and stopped to help me. Also because she did it in a kind and cordial way. Also because she offered me a Kohls card with which I got a discount. Also because she brought a friend (Melissa) who helped me understand the terms of the card in Spanish, my native language.

Sharon has the best multi-tasking skills Ive seen and heard in a long time. She was managing and helping 2 and 3 customers at a time. At one point there were seven people in line. She was able to call for help. Continued to chat and assist in line. Than thanked everyone for being so patient and kind for the wait at checkout. That is yhe customer service we need and love. A simple thank you and the acknowledgment of people/customers being patient and reading the room. Understanding that she was doing her best to make everyone happy and grateful for thier time. She has fantastic customer servive skills and lovely attitude. Sharon is a pleasure to talk too.

Men's dress clothes, casual wear, Jean's, shoes, fitness wear, home essentials like kitchen appliances, bowls, utensils, table covers, holiday settings, bedding, cards for every occasion, kids clothes, toys, women clothes, dress, casual, swimwear, jewelry, purses, free parking free amazon returns, clean bathrooms, what more can you ask for besides food? Just go with a full belly and your good.

Katie was especially patient and kind as she helped me locate the Kohl’s Cash I knew I had but could not locate. Each staff member I encountered was very friendly. The Store was clean and well stocked.

I found a great pair of dress shoes and a bathing suit top that I love! The customer service is very helpful and friendly and checking out was easy.

Mel was so kind , friendly and had a lot of knowledge of products that would suite me and what I wanted in my makeup , also helped me link my Sephora account . 10 out of 10 experience ! Go see Mel at Kohls in the Sephora department if you are having a hard time finding the make up that suits you because she helped me so much!

I love Kohls! They always have a huge variety of clothes, shoes, housewares etc. The staff there are always so pleasant. I also love the fact that Amazon is their “Go To” for returns.
