I was looking for the rare 30 year old Crown Royal, and they had a case, so I bought it. My dad loves it, so he will get a bottle for his 83rd birthday next year. The workers are very knowledgeable and had my case sitting at the front checkout waiting on me. Very professional staff and a huge selection of spirits. This 30 year old Crown is only offered in select states.

Genuinely warm and kind, patient, knowledgeable, funny, friendly customer service ❤❤❤ went out of their way to help me find what i was looking for amid the endless varieties and choices. Absolutely a one stop shop for anything you may need, and was still able to be in and out in less than 5 minutes the very first time I shopped here. I was utterly clueless, lost in the massive selection, but without even needing to ask, they saw my confusion and immediately assisted me. That is how incredibly helpful they are. Oh, and not to mention the pricing! Amazing discounts available, and even without one it was half the price being charged everywhere else. Just really lucky I stumbled across this place. Won't be going anywhere else from here on. Thank you all for your service 😊❤👍

We had come to this location, because it was the only location in the area that had the peppermint Baileys. Parking was quick and there was plenty of parking spots, and finding it in the store was very easy. The staff was very polite and helpful. The store was clean and clutter free. It was such a pleasure to shop here.

I went to this store last night to buy some gifts, I am not a beer drinker but the person I was buying for was. I was looking for a specific beer but had no idea where it was or what it looked like. There were a bunch of workers around and when I asked one immediately said they didn't have it but took me to see other options. The workers are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The worker giving samples was out of the wine she had for tasting, but when I said I wanted one she had someone get more stock sooner and I was already in the checkout but she ran one over to me. The store itself is so impressive too, it is huge and has so many options and was clean and stocked. It is my new fav alcohol store, it was a really good experience. The workers all made it even more so. Even the checkout woman was super friendly. Thanks for a great visit. 5 stars.

One of the best beverage alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks! They have lots of choices on wine, beers, whiskey and more. Best prices on market, the staff is very friendly and they are going to help you for everything! Keep up the good job 👍🏻 🥃

I love the selection here. This is a great place to look for small stocking stuffers or bigger gifts. The employees are always super friendly too. It’s definitely worth making the drive

After a disappointing experience through Total Wine’s delivery service (through DoorDash) where they delivered the order and then had to return it to the store because their app couldn’t scan my ID, Lori (I apologize if I got the spelling wrong) saved the day with the blessing of her manager and personally (re-) delivered it to me. That level of service is hard to find nowadays and I couldn’t be happier with Lori and the team at this store! Keep it up!

Great selections, plenty of registers open to serve you at checkout. Staff very helpful in locating your beverages and libations. Excellent one stop shop for beer, wine, liquor and more.

Very helpful employees and as always good pricing on the products sold. This is a bottle that we sampled and purchased for the evening get-together. We also purchased the Mexican Mule tequila for the evening, and as you can see, it was a hit!

i missed delivery of my order ( my fault ) and was allowed another delivery on the folioing day. everyone were very polite rescheduling my delivery.

Top notch liqour store. There are so many isles of wines and spirits. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They can offer recommendations for anything.
If they don't have it in stock, they can probably order it for you.
Awesome craft beer selection, mostly warm, which I prefer so I don't have to take up all the space in our fridge. They do have quite a bit of cold beer too.

Great selection of wines, & more! Lol. No but really I enjoy this over the other local spirit stores. Not many places carry a decent selection of GIN. I was very pleased when I walked down the gin isle @total w&m. They also have promos and specials all over the store, and coupons (usually on back of your receipt) its been awhile since my last visit but I WILL be coming here regularly from now on. If you enjoy gin and feel like you're always left out and forced to choose from the same old gins (beefeater, tanq, Hendricks, Bombay 🤮) do yourself the pleasure and check this place out. I highly recommend the sipsmith dry!
