Melanie! You rock girl! She was beyond helpful and encouraging as she diagnosed my check engine light, found the part and explained to me exactly what I needed to do. And she was right: super easy! I am barely a DIYer and NOT a car girl. She even explained exactly what this malfunctioning part does and how it contributes to the overall function of the car.. So glad someone told me they do the diagnostic for free, glad I found Melanie behind the counter!

The manager of the store helped me get the correct head light, and helped me change out the old. I know that is a service at Auto Zone, but he was so incredibly kind and helpful. He’s had 2 heart transplants, and he’s still working hard and going above and beyond for customers!

I went to the AutoZone on Arapaho in Richardson, TX to return some headlight bulbs. Christian, the sales clerk helped me see the value of the bulbs, so I ended up buying the bulbs back. He even installed them for me. I am so please with the excellent customer service I received!

I had a hard time finding out why my car kept over heating until coming into autozone , and Mr. Chris Buchanan , was the most helpful ever and giving me the best help and advise i have received.

I went without an AC all last Summer and as of this morning. I am 67 year old widow. I always use the Auto Zone on Arapaho. I have to go on a short trip with my Bulldog Chewbacca told them I was told it was the compressor. I did not have the money to fix it. They sold me a a can of freon checked, NO freon. Because of Mohammad and Christian at the Arapaho Auto Zone in Richardson store I left with my windows up and ice cold interior. They saved me $400. They always are so helpful there. I encourage all of you if you need anything go there. They are honest and the best helpful employees. Thank you, Mohammad & Christian!

I walked in shortly before closing the day before Christmas Eve with a dead battery. Xavier replaced my battery in the cold even though he could have just told me to come back the next day. Great customer service!

10/10 incredible customer service here. My car battery kicked the bucket yesterday, and I had to jump it twice just to get to work and then again leaving work.

Stopped by to get the battery replaced (it was time for a new one, as the old one was from 2013), and was helped by Oliver.

He did a fantastic job of helping me pick out the right battery (and didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need which was great), and then getting it installed in my car. It took awhile because there was heavy corrosion around parts of it, but not once was he deterred.

Oliver was professional, yet personable, and helped cheer me up about my car situation. I was really worried that I wasn't gonna be able to make it home that night with my car but he took such great care of my car that in the future when I need anything for my car that I don't have to go to the dealership for, I will most assuredly be returning here!

Management needs to give him a raise!

My wife went to the Arapaho store to have battery checked. She commented what great service she got from Oliver P. He came out and tested it - 2 or 3 times. Long story short, he replaced my battery in this triple digit heat and was very patient and careful getting the job done. He also was great in explaining everything to her. We always get great service from Auto Zone!

The guys were awesome! Mohammed was super helpful in diagnosing my battery issue and helping me find a new one. He took care of installing the new battery in the heat while letting me stay inside in the AC. I will definitely be back!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Mr Mohammed at you location in Richardson, Texas off Arapaho. I needed a new battery replacement and my warranty expired on 10-4-2022. He was so sweet and had wonderful customer service unlike your Desoto and Cedar Hill locations which I went to both the day before 10-3-2022. Neither of them wanted ro replace my battery even though they tested it and stated the battery was not good. Cedar Hill employee says it would be too much work to remove my battery, but I stated it was done once before as this is where I purchased my battery. With no solution I was told to go to the store that installed it originally. So I head to Desoto locationon Hampton. I told the lady in gray I just left the Cedar Hill location and was told to come here since my battery was installed here. She was nice but looked up my info and told me " the system says it will take 30 to do and we can't be outside that long. No one even looked at my car to see how long it would take. So it lead me to Mohammed which I want to rave again about for his excellent customer service and actually trying to satisfy the client. He installed my battery in less than 10 mins with all smiles. This man was a life saver. I appreciate his dedication and willingness to help out a frustrated customer as no one the day before even cared. Thanks a million x 100 Mohammed. I believe he was the store manager there. I recommend seeing him I you have any auto needs or concerns.
