Great place to purchase meat. I placed a order for 22 porterhouse steaks for a camping trip, they turned out perfect. Thickness was spot on as so was the price $4.99 a pound!!!! Will definitely be back.

I went to pick up a seafood bundle. The staff in the meat department were friendly and eager to please! I love this market! We live in Galesburg and we watch the weekly ads. When we see good deals, we come into town and shop at Midtown. Beautiful store, wide selection, friendly staff, and great sales! Keep up the good service!

Great Store management, very cordial, attentive, respectful & are genuinely concerned with making sure you get what you need. I really like the staff here, the little "in door" coffee shoppe is very nice w/ a small outdoor area as well. Sure is more than a few steps up from what it used to be, nice to have a good grocery store in our neighborhood. The employees are friendly, the selection is pretty good. Can't beat their prices on meat, but name brand items are a little bit more expensive than at a big box store, worth it to support a local business

Great place to shop for world spices, often has interesting beer and wine selections, meat counter has choice cuts, has fresh tasting whole bean coffee selection. Add this store to your rotation!

Clean, and bright. Easy to find what I was looking for. Fruit selection is limited but the freshness makes up for that. The store is well stocked. The floors are clean. Deli cases are free from smudges making it easy to see inside. I was hoping the deli was still open at 7. The cashier was friendly and smiling which has not been my experience 7/10 visits.

All of the staff are nice from the cart pullers, to the butchers, even management. Local owners who are successfully providing our community with quality service and food. People say its pricey but i dont care i want to pay the staff. Besides everything is sourced as local as possible. So lots of things you buy are small business products its great you support local. I really really like this place 💪💪🙌🙌🙌🔥

This place is great! Love the food, especially the fresh items and hot bars. Really unique with the bakery and the mochi bar. Everyone was very helpful. I’ve had the same cashier a few times and love her. She is very kind and can tell she loves working with the customers, she has short pink hair. If you need some good healthy options stop in and give it a chance. Keep up the work!

I stopped by for the first time yesterday. I was so so impressed. I fell in love with the produce department instantly. It was clean organized and the prices were amazing. Now a days everyone has a tight budget. So when I found out at check out about the double up program for produce. It was great. If your on Food stamps you need to shop here to get this. They give you double money to spend on produce. So without even knowing that I earned the max amount of $20.00 and will be going back. It's worth a stop in. Thanks Thomas the manager and the rest of wonderful staff .

Midtown Fresh is the best grocery store I've ever been to. I've never felt so welcome at any other store. The team there knows our names, says hello every time we come in, and thanks us for our business. Hands down the best staff of any store I've ever been to anywhere. Well kept and has a lot of good deals on chicken and pork. There an always changing inventory of fish, shrimp and other quick meals. The hot bar, fresh sandwiches and other deli items are all good. Decent selection of wine and alcohol. Has a walk in beer cooler. The little cafe was very nice but I think it's closed or limited due to covid.

Nice environment. Love the quality and price of the freshly cut meat. The steaks that I bought were delicious. And, the staff was friendly and helpful. It is good to have another grocery store, back in the spot where both Jewel Osco and Harding's use to be. I will be back for future meal preparation needs.
