The pharmacist was very good man

Great customer service.

Truly unfair to Judge a store inside a store i feel like cvs doesn’t want to help target make additional sales and vice Versa. Both retailers are at a terrible disadvantage . Good luck and separate

Got the vaccine here, waited an over hour even with an appointment. But it was fast once it got to me.

I asked if Apple Pay was accepted… her response “ yeah it’s target” thence walking away. She really thought she ate with that dress too. Nonetheless, If this is their response to a yes or no question, I cannot imagine how they perform as a retail pharmacy at this location.

Go to the 24 hour CVS on Lemmon at night. They are so much more competent and compassionate than this place.

The worst customer service because of the pharmacist who does the evening shift. He refused to transfer over my insulin prescription from the CVS near me that was closed, refused to pick up his office phone and speak with me and instead would only communicate with my brother who was standing inside of the CVS (because I cant drive with high blood sugar) to have me call my doctor ( blood sugar still high). My doctor had just put in the prescription to the CVS on Skillman around 8pm but they changed their hours from midnight to 8pm closing - so the prescription is in CVS system at this point and needed to be transferred. I'm on hold with Mockingbird CVS for 45min. I call my doctor back and as I'm speaking with my doctor - Mockingbird CVS calls. I put the three of us on a conference call and the pharmacist says "oh yes of course we can get him his prescription! It will be another 30 minutes" This CVS is never that busy at this hour...

After my doctor spoke to the pharmacist - the pharmacist made my brother, who had already been there almost an hour now, wait longer for my medication. The pharmacist then yelled at my brother that there were other people in front of him when he asked if he could check out with my prescription - meanwhile I'm just trying to get the pharmacist on the phone and talk with him. The insulin is sitting in a fridge behind this guy! - I have never seen such ill will or unprofessionalism in health care, I seriously hope this pharmacist gets transferred to a place where he can be absolute jerk elsewhere.

I've been to this pharmacy several times at night - they're never busy, that pharmacist is just lazy and is a sociopath - he needs a more fitting occupation.

Worst CVS I’ve probably ever been to. Everyone I have talked to has been incredibly rude. They will cut you off when you’re speaking and won’t even attempt to help you out when you need something. I’ll be switching to another CVS.
