The UPS Store

This UPS store has been my "go to" place for shipping, packing, copying, and special services (e.g., creating large posters) for many years. The owner and employees have been consistently courteous and helpful, going "above and beyond" to meet customers' requests and diverse needs. I highly recommend the Downers Grove UPS store on Ogden Avenue.

Every year I use this store to send out Christmas packages for my clients. They do an excellent job, allow me to leave the packages while being processed to eliminate waiting around, and remember my name each time I visit. Top-notch customer service.

This UPS is my go-to for all my returns. The employees are always extremely kind and helpful. I only have positive things to say about their services. I highly recommend it!

Amazing experience today at this location, I walked in and was helped immediately and the staff helped me package my boxes and took care of everything else for me making it very convenient. The two young gentlemen working behind the counter are courteous & professional!

I received service with a smile at UPS Downers Grove yesterday. The Associate whom assisted me, SEAN was very helpful in assisting me to print copies for a last minute presentation I had to do that evening. Sean was personable, pleasant and patient. In a time when customer service in America is sketchy.....Sean really was professional and quick. Thanks .

I’ve been introduced to the UPS store for my Amazon returns. I’m a forever customer as when I recently pulled up in the parking lot, grabbed my VERY heavy return item out of my car, the UPS employee (perhaps manager) who worked in the store saw me and without hesitation, lifted the package out of my hands and escorted me into the store. He processed my refund quickly and now I see him each time. He’s my heavy lifting angel and his name is Jackie. This little location is THE best! Thank you Jackie and Team UPS!

Perfect location, great staff. Management is always efficient to get you in and out. We accidentally lost a package and they went above and beyond to help us locate it. I would highly recommend this place and enjoy doing business with them.

Ii want to thank the manager, Jackie, and all of the staff at this location for assisting me with my move. The staff was courteous and very helpful in ensuring my 48 boxes were packed appropriately - offering to add additional taping and packaging when needed. Their friendly disposition helped to make a stressful less than 2 weeks move bearable.

In addition, all packages have arrived and I'm looking forward to being settled in my new residence.

Yesterday I had to send my AT&T U-Verse equipment back, and I was in the area. I was a little nervous going in here as the reviews are terrible. I think this location might have a new owner, or at least the guy got trained on customer service because this was a really good experience. I'm only writing this because I feel like the guy might have just bought the store and is going to get killed on reviews.

I came in and noticed the gravel parking lot- there's a sign in the store that says that lot is owned by the City of Downers Grove, and if you want to park in their lot that is paved, it's on the other side of the building.

The guy I met was definitely the owner as he said he owned a few other stores and was looking for good internet service. He was definitely polite, friendly, and got me out the door fast. If you gave this place a bad review, I'd suggest trying again- it's either new ownership or the guy did a 180 in personality. I'd come back here- he was nicer than the people in the UPS store by my house.

I am thrilled to have this UPS store. There is hardly ever a line here as they are efficient. If they're slow it's usually the customers that tend to slow things down. They are in the shipping business so they charge for shipping supplies. They even answer their phone calls! I think most UPS places just route you to the main UPS line for generic service. I find that they are often on the phone answering someone's questions while they are multitasking doing their job. Maybe a little short staffed but so glad they are here.

The owner and the staff are great. The location is convenient and I have never had a problem. Jackie and his staff have always been kind and courteous. We've been coming here for years and never had a problem. Thanks for all you do!.

This has been my go to place for shipping since I moved to this area!! Jackie is such a pleasure to deal with and he always is so positive even during the busy Christmas season😊I would highly recommend using him with all your shipping needs.!!

i don't know what these other people re talking about - I have always had good service at this UPS location. The owner is very friendly, and a super nice guy. Fast service, even when they are busy.

This team at Downers Grove are dynamite. They are always friendly and helpful. The are accommodating and friendly. I drive extra and pay a little more to ship my items at this location. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

Great place to get shipping and packing done quickly! They offer many great services such as copy, print, and fax for a reasonable price I've never been disappointed and I'm surprised by the negative reviews on here this place is great!
