Kroger

I went to Kroger to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy and the pharmacist on duty informed me was a type that I was allergic to and listed on my record. His attention to this matter prevented an incident of great harm or possibly death for me. I thank God and thank the pharmacist looking out for his customers best interest safety. This took place on February 6 at the West Saginaw Kroger in Lansing Michigan on February 6

I have had a few problems at this store but these 5 stars are solely based on the amazing service John in the pick up department gave my family! Always so fast, friendly and kind despite being short staffed. Please recognize amazing employees like him

Meat counter offered to call his friends for sales. Nice service at the Deli counter.

First of all 🙏🏽 Malasia you the best. she was the manager at that time of miracle she made it happen . Hopefully I got your name right . I have been doing my mom’s stuffing for the past 10 yrs and I needed to find regular stuffin mix plane . No seasons . Because I make my own flavor my moms stuffing that been in are family for about 40 yrs and counting. I literally went to all krogers , miejers , aldis ..but the only store I didn’t went was Kroger w. Saginaw hwy. She went over and beyond here help thank you again Malasia..

Honestly the only Kroger I enjoy going to in Lansing. Clean and easy to find what you're looking for. Sometimes a little busy.

This Kroger has a fantastic deli and compared to other grocery stores the theme is upscale. A very nice place to shop.

All veggies available.. decent price. Fresh seafood and meet available

Both Saginaw and Holmes road stores are easy to get to, prices are LOW, come see for yourself

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Grocery pickup is a breeze. They're always so fast with pickup.

Deli is fully stocked with Boars Head. Yum. They shave the meat I request.

Big bonus is that Kroger has checkers with baggers. Meijer did away with baggers. Shame on them. Never more than 2 lanes open at Meijer. I recommend Kroger.

The Saginaw Street Kroger has the absolute best employee in Cheryl!!! No matter how busy or how rough it may get, she keeps everything orderly and everyone happy, and is always willing to help, she always has a smile on her face! Kroger is incredibly lucky to have a staff member in her!!!!

Great place to shop in the lansing area they have everything with great daily deals . After the remodel the place looks awesome . I am a regular almost daily. Love their artisan cheese selection with the huge round cooler and cheese carving station. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Checkout is fast 90% of time Pam and Cheryl at the self checkout are awesome and always willing to assist with anything .
If you want help with the wine beer and liquor ask for Bruce he is your guy extremely knowledgeable In that department extremely helpful to make you find what your looking for and recommending thing , will also go out of his way to find you something that isn’t in stock , very friendly and awesome guy to chat with you will feel you have known him for years .

I have been shopping at at another store for quit sometime now and I've almost forgot how AWESOME a real grocery store is. My wife and I have recently began a new diet called paleo and they have virtually everything we eat there. Plus the produce is amazing and the meat selection phenomenal. Plus they have a new system where you scan and bag as you go then you just pay at check out, NO WAITING to check out. I'm never going anywhere else for my groceries again. Thank you Kroger for making my experience one to remember.

My last visit to Kroger's was awesome! Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I recently had surgery on my left foot and they were able to accommodate me. Roosevelt took great care of me and my cashier was very nice as well. Thank you😊

They always have what I'm looking for and more. Love the quality of their store brand products. Their prices are much more competitive than they were just a few years ago and they have actually become my go-to store.

purchased Wild Side frozen dinner. Called: tomatillo shrimp. first learned of it by seeing it at this kroger. AMAZING. It's unbelievably good.
I love this Kroger. Every time I try something they have on display I have been super pleased or completely blown away. I know - it doesn't seem like a grocery store should be better than any other; but this is seriously the best grocery store. Whoever is picking products for them to display is KILLING it.

I haven't set foot in Kroger in 5 years, literally. They've changed that store quite a bit. The aisles aren't marked the best so I had to search for a few things but overall I'm impressed with the place. I'll go back, I usually do all my shopping at a competitor of theirs but it's nice to know Kroger is good for a run in run out situation. (Not like a robbery, just grab an item and pay for it then leave)
