Gordon Food Service Store

I've gotten many things there. Never disappointed. A dish to pass for a family reunion? No time to make something from scratch? Then a bag of the large meatballs and a lg can sweadish meatball gravey and boom bam pow. Done.

They always have what we need. We love the frozen 4 oz sausage Patty's and the frozen burger Patty's. So convenient, tast great

I have had really good experiences with placing orders over the phone and online. They have always been understanding if i needed to change my orders after itsbeen submitted.

They carry Monin syrups and other specific items. Clean stores. Well Stocked.

Gordon's Foods made my day. I was all over Lansing area looking for a spice called Salad Supreme I checked with them and they had the spice. I bought a few jars so very happy.

Call Gordon's Food Service services restaurant and civilians alike, I really find their sale ads to have really competitive low prices. You can sign up and receive their weekly Ad by email. I've been buying my bread there and a specialty items like dehydrated refried beans. They're the same ones that a lot of restaurants use and they're delicious. If you look around, you can find a lot of neat items including almost every kind of paper good imaginable.

The store was clean, well organized. Salespeople were friendly and efficient. Good selection of items that you can’t buy in large quantities in the grocery store, with a bonus of not having to buy a membership to a store you go to once a year.
Prices are a little higher, but again, I’d rather pay a slightly higher price than pay for a membership to a store I won’t go to hardly ever

I love this place. They are leaning more towards the home shopper more recently. The staff at the W. Saginaw location is great.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful! Anything we asked for they would stop what they where doing and look for it until found or possible options! That is what I call great customer service! I was happy to find everything I needed here for luminaries! (White lunch bags, candles, +++) Thank you to the Manager and staff for all your help!

Before going to Gordon Food Service I called to ensure they had available stock for a specific item I was looking to purchase. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and indicated staff would be more than willing to help me obtain cases of the product from the shelf and load into my vehicle. I was very pleased with outcome of my call. So I went to the store and made my purchase. Based on the customer service I received, I will return to Gordon's in the future when looking to purchase cases/volume of food service items.

Easy to find all the items I needed, clean and well stocked and friendly cashier.. covid-19 regulations followed.
Pleasant and easy experience, I appreciate that more now than ever before with the current situation's social distancing requirements.

Sits back a little off of West Saginaw Street. It is a restaurant supply company but is open to the public. You can find some great deals here they have ads you should check online before you go shopping. There's plenty of parking. It is a very clean store with well stocked shelves. The employees here are very friendly, courteous and helpful. There are good deals on fresh meats here however they do not cut to order.

Clerks are always very helpful. The store and bathroom are always clean. They have lots of pantry stock favorites I purchase regularly. If you buy a large brick of cheese 🧀 they will slice it for you for free. I bag it up in smaller portions and it freezes well. This saves a fair amount of money and it is more soft and flavorful than most grocery store cheese. Just remember, not everything is cheeper in large quantities. I love their produce and frozen clearance corner. Slightly imperfect, but very useable at great prices.

The whole management team has just been phenomenal for the past 12 years of me being a customer there. Nick and Donovan go above and beyond and do a wonderful job hiring and training their employees. Thank you for running a clean and upbeat store and thanks for helping us with the startup of our new business.

We come here to get supplies for my work. The store is always clean, neat and organized! The customer service is amazing as well! It’s not easy handling lots of products in bulk and they are so quick to help out! Highly recommend for any business or even personal shopping!

My store for all my bulk needs . The steaks and prime rib though . the employees make it a good experience shopping , They are all so helpful. Thank you guys on the south and west . I’m sure okemos is the same way . Highly recommend

Had some trouble finding something on my list, but a staff person was very helpful. Depending on what you're looking for, the prices can be much better than a regular grocery store.

We realy like Gordons for large occasions. We bought the Brisket, Loins, and shoulders here for our last big gathering.

I like that they have cooking utensils, pots and pans if the need arrises too.

Great place to buy bulk food. Never super busy and they had so many great seasonings.

Deb is an amazing associate 🙂 I found 2 things I was looking for was leaving and bumped into Deb, not only did she help me find everything else but gave me ideas of how to make something also. Went back in for something I forgot and seen Steve Gottschalk another amazing associate for GFS. Thank you again Deb and Steve!
