DXL Big + Tall

Salesperson greeted me as soon as I entered the store. Very knowledgeable about stocked items and looked online for sizes and availability.

I did not catch they young sales woman's name. But she is very nice, patient and accommodating. Our shopping experience was great.

Went Christmas shopping. Beautiful atmosphere. The store had a pleasant smell . My salesperson was very kind.

Experience was great. I was in a hurry and the two women that usually are there assisted me and got me in and out.

Customer service was great. The styles I wanted were available for purchase.

Nice to see quality of clothes has gone up from what it was in the past. Woman helping me actually kept store open a little bit late to accommodate me (I didn't realize it closed at 7pm). She was great. Helped me find what I needed and didn't rush me at all. She definitely deserves a raise!!! 😁👍

Great service and they have lots of 2XLT merch. Prices are up there though...

The staff always take good care of me when I'm at the DXL Big + Tall.

I always receive the best service in this business. I find items for my son for every occasion. Staff is always courteous and service is phenomenal. My son is always happy with merchandise we find here. I also have family members whom reside out of state but visit this location each time they are in town. Definitely worth the trip every time.

When I know you by name at a corporate location it speaks volumes. I'm a bigger guy and I need bigger clothes that fit me and aren't cheap, I have no issue paying for quality and great service.

Great experience! I went in looking to purchase another pair of previously bought joggers. Chris was kind enough to look up the past purchase to verify name brand and size. That particular location didn't have my size so Chris called another store and had them hold them for me and I went and picked them up. Great experience!

Absolutely exceptional service! Ken was our sales representative. Very knowledgable about the various coats and pros and cons of each. Nina checked us out and was also very helpful. They have great selection of large sizes, all the way up to 6XL and also large and tall for greater than 6’6”. They helped find the right item that we were looking for efficiently and effectively. Thanks again! Would highly recommend this location.

I walked in not knowing how to find what I was looking for. Nina was amazing. She was able to help me with the limited information I had to buy a dress shirt. Nina has such an amazing, loving, and caring personality. I would go back just to see her. She was super helpful. Thank you Nina for being awesome!

I was so impressed with the inventory and service of this store! Inventory in the XL world can be very tacky, and the inventory at DXL was far from tacky. Megan was the Sales Associate who helped me, and she was awesome! She's an amazing asset to this company! I'll definitely be back.

Very GREAT Customer service, I forgot the mangers name but she littlerly took her time to walk through the entire store, helping pick out more than 5 outfits for a person I was bringing to shop. She went above and beyond.

Sales person was very helpfully!! I wish I had her name to leave it in review. She was the best!!
