Just bought a new phone from AT&T and the experience was top-notch! Sabrina was my salesperson she was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I found the perfect device. The customer service was friendly and the whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade! 👍

The employees staff and managers were professional and courteous to customers. On explaining new policies, and products that they have to offer to the customer. 5 star rating. I thank them for their customers service. Looking forward to visiting the site in the future.

TL;DR - COURTNEY WOOTEN stays true to her word and follows through.

Longer story - there was a promotion going on for ATT customers that had a cell phone plan and wanted to sign up for ATT Fiber. Courtney was our local representative in Berkley (now at Lathrup Village store) and she helped us through the reward for signing up for Fiber. She helped create a custom package and helped arrange the install. There was a glitch in the corporate system at ATT regarding the credit/bonus money for signing up. We signed up almost 1 YEAR AGO... it's been a while, BUT... Courtney followed through every month or so, giving me updates on what was going on, escalating from one department / manager to the next. Eventually.... IT CAME THROUGH!

Ownership of the this ATT dealer... you have a rockstar on your hands with Courtney Wooten!

Janiya gave excellent customer service. She directed me in a professional way with my upgrade. I was so happy I didn't have to call the 800 customer service number. She transferred my information and took her time with me. She was very respectful and thorough!!

Also, Shay was kind as I waited for my old phone data to transfer to the new one. Shay and I had a pleasant conversation so I didn't mind waiting for my phone to transfer. This store is very professional. They should be your customer service point of contact instead of the offshore one. Thank you AT&T for the competent staff at Lathrup Village.
