AT&T Store

The customer service was excellent! Dawson was kind, helpful, and made great conversation. He was super respectful and nice to everyone who walked through the door. We were out of town and went to the nearest AT&T, and he was super considerate of the situation. I got help with my issue right away, and I left the store appreciative and impressed with the service!

Jackie was extremely helpful! After my phone was damaged she was able to give me all the information I needed to make an insurance claim. Walked me through how I needed to transfer everything to my new phone once I got it as well! She was amazing!

I want to thank Dawson Barnhart for helping me with my cell phone. He took the time to upgrade and backup my phone. I’m not very computer knowledgeable and it was great to meet someone who is. It was a very positive experience.

Jackie was beyond amazing we took up her entire day she was more than accommodating and went above and beyond if you need great service, AT&T and Ludington is a place to be stop and see Jackie

I stopped in to ask some questions about my bill, and to browse the current phones. I worked with Thomas and Tonya, and both were helpful. They answered most of my questions, explained the breakdown of my bill, and showed me that my bill increased because of a recent new line and new device insurance. I decided to keep the insurance after learning how it works, even though I thought the potential deductible would be high.

Dawson was very helpful helping my daughter get her new phone and getting her all set up with a new plan. Thanks for great customer service!

I stopped into the store as a spur of the moment thing. With a pending hair appointment! So kind of a time crunch. The store employee Tonya was awesome. Got us in and out fast and juggled others who walked in with questions. My husband really needed a new phone and she had the perfect one for the criteria I was looking for! Thanks sooo much!!

I had a very complicated situation involving a lost phone with recent ICloud storage being full resulting in what appeared to be lost photos. This was devastating as they were of Thanksgiving and my daughter’s 16th birthday. I received my new phone and tried to set it myself. There was so much missing information after this process that I went to AT&T in Ludington. I am so thankful that I did. Dawson and Tonya were amazing. They know their “stuff”. They answered all my questions and figured out that my “missing” photos were backed up to my google account. They fixed everything! The only information I lost was some ICloud texts. I highly recommend their service!

I came in the store just before closing. The employee there was friendly and very nice. She helped me out and didn't rush me out.

Great store, was able to upgrade amid the network outage and everything was explained in detail!

Brent and Mitchel went above and beyond to help me get a new phone after mine quit on the last day of vacation!! My dad and I came in to see if getting an insurance phone was an option but I would not be able to get one in the mail for 3 days! I need my phone for my work and am going to be traveling for work this week so I couldn’t wait. Brent looked up the acct to verify if I was eligible to upgrade and to my surprise I was! Brent wand Mitch tag teamed the process and were SO great to work with! Mitch determined my current phone was not able to be be reset to work, be then spent time getting me back into my iCloud to back everything up! He even helped my dad run a backup on his own tablet while we waited! They were busy as it was around 5pm on July 23rd. They handled the busy store with ease! I would love to see them get new iPads so they are able to help customers more efficiently! Most processes that customers including myself come in for require good technology on the store end so that is a definite need at the Ludington location! Thanks again Mitch and Brent!! We appreciate you!!
