Love our Advance auto!! the guys here are so great and always so very helpful to me.Especially when my husband sends me in to get something..one NIGHT,i was in town.getting ready to drive all the way home,alone,out to the country,when my car started shaking.Without even a second thought,i drove straight to Advance,KNOWING they would help me!! i literally pulled in at 8:56pm..4 minutes before closing..and they didnt even hesitate to help me!! the young guy took my car for a drive while the orher gentleman kept me occupied in conversation..Then,at 9:08pm,after hours now,they still took the time and hooked my car up to the tester,to tell me what i needed!! highly highly recommend!!

Camping near Ludington, alternator light came on in our truck went to Advance Auto parts in Ludington changed the alternator in the parking lot. Luke and Rick were very kind professional, and helpful.

Was able to walk in and someone began helping me right away, which is not exactly the experience you always have in auto-parts stores. We needed wiper blades and there was some small discrepancy in whether the larger of the two front wipers was 24" or 26". We were going to consult our vehicle manual but he quickly grabbed a tape measure and just measured what was on the car. Got a 16" and a 26" rain-x blade (great blades) and he was more than willing to put them on for us so we said sure and he quickly had them on the car. Gave them a quick test, they were good, and then we were on our way.
