I went to the parts store today. Mathew was over the top helpful!!!! He did an amazing job helping me. He even went above his duty and help me fix my car !! I was very impressed!! Great job Mathew !!

I was assisted by Jackie and she was so wonderful and helpful! I know next to nothing about cars and anything automotive. She helped me get exactly what I needed and she was so patient with me. Such a good experience. Thank you for making this so much easier for me! I know I can go to O’Reilly in the future for any of my auto part needs. Thank you!!!

I needed a hitch ball lowered, but didn't have the tools to do it. I brought it in, and the manager took the time and his own tools to help me lower it. Fantastic customer-first experience, I'll be coming here for all my future automotive needs!

Had a check engine light go on with my newer truck, which was unexpected. Dealership was less than helpful so I visited this O'Reilly's and Assistant Manager Mike helped me scan, diagnose, and look for the issue online. We also did a battery check and he gave me some solid advice on that as well. Great friendly service and he was very knowledgeable. I very much appreciate it!

They sold me a light bulb, and it was even the right one.

The gentleman helping me with replacing my headlight was very kind and explained my options clearly. He was also able to change it for me. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Very quick in and out Matt is an awesome guy to chat with took a spark plug in I was blown away because the end of the plug where it sparks was missing and the top of the plug you could pull that part off ever have I seen one do this

Wow- what an incredible team. Mike and Norberto helped me today with my headlight. As someone who is simply stupid when it comes to cars, I really appreciated their willingness to help me swap out my headlight without making me feel dumb. I'll be coming back. Thank you Mike and Norberto!

Twice now in the last 2 weeks they’ve gone above expectations for customer service. I bought some wiper blades for my old truck last week and they ended up not fitting like I thought they should. The assistant manager helped me out today, found me two that fit better and exchanged the ones I previously bought.

A great place with a friendly staff. I walked in and gave them my list of parts, and without any hesitation, they got me taken care of.

These guys were great, super helpful. I picked up wipers for the wife's car and mine wouldn't start. They came out and took teo minutes to show how my battery wires were loose. No worries. Got me on the way with a solution in my pocket.

Spot on when looking for your auto/truck parts! They have alot in stock and if for some reason they don't got it. They will order it in fast!

Jackie the AM, was super helpful, knowledgeable and kept it real and honest with me with my entire transaction.

Came in on small transactions. Needed to get some parts so that I could replace my roters, brake pads, spark plugs and power steering hose. (I promise my car is not as bad as it sounds, lol.) everything I needed was given to me. Everything fit correctly. No complaints. Signed me up for a card to see some discounts on prices, which we all love. i would recommend this location. And even though they were a little busy, my wait time was very low.

I've always had great customer service. They know where everything is in the store and even do some of the work I need like a new washer blade. They've always been accommodating to my needs.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is a fantastic store to get all your accessories or parts for your truck or car. Everything is stocked and shelves are clean and tidy and organized anytime I need something I always come here where I know that my service will be addressed perfectly.

The opening/closing manager tonight took apart my headlight and showed me that I do not need a new $100 lightbulb. He got the old bulb to work again. So helpful and honest!!

If you want a helpful auto parts store, this is the one for you! I did a 3 hour repair in the parking lot and they even let me borrow some tools to do it. This is the only auto parts store I go to and it's going to stay that way
