Family Dollar

Went in today to save money on my every day necessities. Manager and normal older lady cashier was present . They dealt with a drug addict customer in the nicest way . They don’t get enough credit for the people they have to deal with in the area . District manager needs to give them more support in the store

I just wanted to take the time out to appreciate store 6737 for their excellent customer service.The whole team that was on duty at this store today 10/05/2016 made my day!!! Every last one of them including the Store Manager Anthony Pitman. From the time I walked through the door there were actually people on the sales floor to not only greet but help me (and that's shocking because of all Family Dollar stores I've ever visted, I've never had an option to choose from a variety of people to help me because they always complain about how they cut hours and that is why there are never people there to help us) But not today. I walked in and asked for help and the first person I came across greeted me with the best most warming smile ever. She knew the item that I needed and gave me the CORRECT directions as to where it might be (that's extremely important). The next person I came across did the same exact thing!!! I couldn't believe it. This girl I kind of bothered a little bit more though. I asked prices which she was well informed of. I also needed something off a high shelf, she stopped what she was doing and got it for me all while talking and joking with me. It was great. And then on my way to the register, a guy that works there came to me and asked me how my day was going and if I found every thing I was looking for. My mouth literally dropped cause I'm telling you. Customer Service like this is hard to come by in retail. Anyways, when I finally got to the register, the young lady who rang me up had the most welcoming attitude so much so that I had to ask for a manager (Anthony Pitman) just to share how well of a team he had working with him. It was great. I had to write a review because aside from the EXCELLENT customer service the store was Squeaky clean and well stocked. Which again was amazing to me because it's extremely hard to find a family dollar that doesn't look like a stock room with the products lined up in boxes on the sales floor while the store is open. I live right across the street from a family dollar and let me tell you, It's a WHOLE mess!!! Store 6737 will forever be my favorite. That's where I will shop now. Give those people a raise!!! lol

The experience was very cool, the cups are quite the looker it's just a great place to take the kids or a date .

Love the place the Retailer's the customer service is excellent and you cannot get a better deal on things that you love especially sweets
