Very good customer service received from Linda. I wanted to add another phone line to my plan and got a free phone through a promotional offer which really helped to save some cash...I really recommend this company and I prefer this location because of the good customer service I received.

This store has a worker Lina V shes amazing she went above and beyond with cell phones and plans for us all she was friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. We were blessed to get her service! Cricket should be honored to have her represent their company. She made our drive so worth while. Thank u so very much for all ur time and help. Also bring quarters with u they have off street parking and u need to pay meters the old fashioned way coins only.

Great service. Lina was a huge help with getting my phone updated. I lack the skills, but she walked me step by step and made sure that I understand what was needed to be done. She has helped me several times in the past. Even when she's busy helping other customers, she takes a quick second to always greet me and to let me know that she would be with me as quickly as possible. She's one of the best sales person I have had the pleasure to deal with

Anup was very helpful in given me choices to help with my issue of needing more storage. There were two suggestions a new phone with a bigger GB or a sim card.
