My phone had quit doing something it had been able to do. I had tried repeatedly to get the feature back and was not able to. The lady at Cricket was able to get it done. There were a couple of other issues she was able to resolve. My husband also had a couple of issues she was able to resolve. I love their helpfulness when issues arise!

Had a great experience Chelsea Melissa and Adriann were very helpful. Helped me pick out a great phone that fit my needs and were nice and polite. Felt very bad that they had to deal with the very rude lady that was in there that allowed her teenager to yell at them for no reason and say disrespectful things and refused to leave. There’s no need for anyone to be that disrespectful. The ladies that work there are more than happy to help and are very honest. Would 100% recommend this place to buy a phone and any and all of your needs.
