Every time I visit Nashua there is something to fix at my daughter's home and Home Depot has everything we need. Staff is Susan at the Commercial counter is always helpful. Love their well organized store.

They most always have what I'm looking for. Decent prices. Friendly and helpful cashiers.

When we're building we love the HD. Needed some flooring for the igloos and wood to winterize as elephants like a little shelter!

Great location for this Home Depot near other name brand stores, restaurants, bank, gas station. Great customer service was very helpful, polite, and courteous. Ample parking, either handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible

Steve in Hardware and Peggy from Customer Service are the perfect combination of knowledgeable and friendly. If everyone was as professional and kind-hearted as those two, the world would be a better place. I'd heavily suggest that anyone reading this should come down to the Home Depot in Nashua for any and all questions/ideas/products related to your needs. I'd give the store 6 stars if I could.

I bought all my appliance from this Home Depot store in Nahsua North three years ago. Range oven had quality issue, even I had warranty but it was painful experience to get it repaired, finally the store manager David helped me get full refund. Then when I was shopping for a gas range, Annette in Appliance department offered me best experiences ever. She is knowledgeable, detailed, friendly, and precise. Would buy from this store again when I need another appliance. I strongly recommend Annette and this Home Depot store to anybody who wants to buy appliance, because their excellent customer service!

After almost 3 months getting to the right decision maker via another Home Depot in Nashua on DW Highway I was able with the help of Annette in Appliances pick out another diswasher in exchange or take back of the useless Euro model tries to dump in the States. Below is the story.
There are no words to describe the worst possible experience the customer service desk and the M.O.D. on Friday Feb 3. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher online, it arrived without a part of I waited a week for it to arrive and then unpacked the washer. It was not stainless steel. I went to Londonderry location which is store i thought I was ordering from but they directed me to Nashua Coliseum because the online app chooses your Home Store and by de facto that was my Home Store. It was purchased it with Home Depot card. The chap in Nashua said you're out of luck. Call the manufacturer because it's been in your possession more than 24 hours. Do not purchase appliances from Home Depot under any circumstance their customer service is as useless as the MOD (Manager on Duty). Go anywhere but a Home Depot. If Bosch pays attention to these reviews take notice that I rate this review noting a Bosch product but the true problem is Home Depot and the lazy M O D.

The employee was super helpful with helping me and my husband find the correct plumbing parts. Every time we have gone they employees are always helpful and nice. Store is organized well and the signs are big so you can easily find what your looking for without having to wander the whole store. Good selection of paints, flooring, and appliances.

Great store. I shop here all the time on my way home from work. Right off the highway.

We are building a new home and going to Home Depot to make thousands of dollars in purchases. We were recently at the Nashua North store ordering 2.5 bath's worth of time. Floor and shower. The person who was helping us had difficulty finding an item so he called the manager. Maranda came over and helped. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and never made us think that the gentleman helping us was incompetent. She was very professional and made it a training opportunity in the best way. We then went to the front to place another order and check on items to be picked up. We picked up items a few weeks ago and were missing some so, we plan to get those when the tile comes in. We asked to speak to the manager to ask for a break due to the fact that the items that were left off of our order are so large we have to rent another trailer to pick up. She graciously accepted our request. Everyone who was working at the front end was also very helpful and professional.

Good Home Depot location. Employees are attentive and helpful. Stock is usually kept up with, and 2-3 clearance locations (not including seasonal clearance). Garden center is average sized.

Employees usually hound you to sign up for a credit card, but working in retail in the past it's usually management pushing them to do so.

I never fail to find what I'm looking for at my local home depot. My town has three of them but one of them is my major destination for any project. Great people and good pride availability. Even during this Summers lumber shortage I was able to get what I needed to completely rebuild the porch. I will continue to shop there

Went in to pay my bill and look for an item or two. I have to say this location had the most gracious and courteous employees! I was greeted with smiles and asked if I needed help by several of them. It was nice to see so many people looking happy and enjoying being at work. Thank you it made my day!

I want to give a shout out the Aweosme Customer service by tonya . Not sure on the spelling . I think she works in customer service . I called and chatted with her about 6x8 fence panels . She not only went above and beyond 2 times but 3 times . 3 calls and she helped each time and I can’t say enough good things about her . She is a gem . Have a great day and thank you so much Tonya. You do make a difference in peoples lives . ❤❤

This place is huge! If you do not know where you need to go you could get lost. I couldn't find what I needed. I asked the guy sitting at the carpet area. He was very helpful! I get all my outdoor gardening stuff and mulch here every summer. I also stock up on cleaning supplies, furniture polish, car cleaning supplies, trash bags, rags, lightbulbs and batteries. They had paper towels and Lysol. My lucky day!

Everything that I needed. The customer service staff always willing to help, and they go above and beyond. Kudos to you Home Depot.

Big thank you to David , Chris and Jennifer at the Home Depot on Colosseum ave. They took care of me when a vendor made a mistake. They made a bad situation a good experience with great customer service. I can’t thank them enough for putting up with me during this situation. I always shop at this store and will continue to because of a great team them have.
