Kohl's

The Nashua Kohl's was a little messy, but that's a bit expected during the holidays. I passed a few associates, but weren't greeted by any. However, my entire experience was made by cashier Barbara. She was so friendly, very cheerful, and genuine. As a customer service manager, I'm jealous that Barbara works here instead of for me!!! She's amazing at her job. Fast, funny, real ... And she pointed out that a coupon was sent in my email that I hadn't realized was there. I'm giving a 5 star review for Barbara! On any future visits, I'm letting anyone in line go ahead of me until Barbara's register is taking the next customer! She's THAT good.

The sales associates at customer service and cashiers are always pleasant.
However, I find it appalling that customers seem to be unable to pick up after themselves The shoe department looks like a dump.
Customers, it wouldn’t kill you if you put the shoes back that you don’t want in their box and back on the shelf. Help out a bit so we can all have an enjoyable shopping experience.

I saw a coat on line but went into the store to try it on. I would have ordered the wrong size on line but trying on the coat in the store was helpful. This saved me and Kohl’s valuable time. Thank you for having a great supply of coats in the store. I’ll be back!

People were nice and answered all my questions. Added bonus that Kohls rewards and Sephora rewards are both accumulated with Sephora purchases

Very organized display and variety of brands to choose from.Prices are reasonable especially sales items. Convenient for neighborhood.

Good place for shopping

Finally found women's navy socks at Kohl's. Couldn't find them anyplace, even Wallmart.

Had a good experience at Kohl’s in Nashua. I found what I was looking for immediately . It was on sale plus the 20% off family and friends.

Doug at customer service is absolutely amazing and he has a patience of a saint! They had to do a price check on item that they didn't sell anymore, I waited patiently for about 20 minutes or so and Mike came over and was extremely helpful and give me an excellent price! On a side note, while waiting, I had never seen so many people be so rude to a cashier. But Doug took it like a champ and was being as helpful as he could. Give this man a raise!

You know what these people who were working today were doing a great job ! Was the store a mess ? Yeah but they were very pleasant and trying their best !Ever think Maybe they are short handed especially dealing with the holidays !!! Keep up the great work !
