I had an exceptional experience with the rep Billy on Sunday. He very patiently and kindly me talked me through my foot scan results, helped me try on a bunch of great sneakers until I found the one I was happiest with, and found me a color that happened to be on sale! I'd recommend this place to anyone, especially if you usually buy sneakers online doing your own research and haven't been satisfied.

Great place to shop. The electronic foot structure analysis was pretty cool. Also don't let the age of the associates fool you. The young woman that helped me is an avid competitive runner and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. She gave me very good advice and helped guide me through the choices but was never in any way pushy. Lastly the price I paid was the same as what I found online so why not try the shoes on in person and get some frindly advice while you are at it instead of taking a chance your online purchase works for you. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is your ultimate stop if you looking for sneakers. I wear it for normal days and walking but I am sure there are more serious people who like to visit this place for running and training.

It was amazing I walked in and was quickly greeted by a nice gentleman. I requested to get my feet measured on the Foot IQ Machine to determine a shoe size for Hoka One One Work Shoes Bondi SR. I got the proper measurements and placed my order. I then asked if the New Bondi 8's were in? He said Yes. I asked if he had the black and white pair. He pleasantly surprised me with a 2nd yes! Got super excited then we got to work with a pair of right fitting socks and he put them on and I fell in love I Said SOLD! He then expressed that I should wear a different type of sock to fight off moisture-bother issues and to use a moisture wicking material. I had no idea this was a thing. So we found my size and ordered those too. A but pricey but your on your feet all day and they need the best care! 👌 Thank you so much! I will recommend and return!

Today was the first time visiting this store I was greeted immediately and got some great one on one time with the sales associate and he was able to get me fit in a great pair of walking sneakers with some purple on them which is my favorite color! Thank you! Fleet Feet

This was my first time at a Fleet Feet store,and the customer service was amazing,they were very knowledgeable,and friendly.I tried in 3 different sneakers and I was able to pick the right pair of sneakers based on what I needed them for.

An awesome selection of running shoes. We needed shoes to work with a brace and handicap. Their foot diagnostics showed us what type of shoe would work best for our very specific needs, and we had our choice of two terrific shoes. Really knowledgeable and helpful. I'll only shop here from now on.

BJ (one of the owners of this store) was extremely helpful. After I purchased a pair of shoes from here that didn’t work for me (great shoes, my feet are just picky), he helped me into a new pair. He shows a clear interest in customer satisfaction. I will continue to come back here for every running shoe purchase..and Gu packets..and shin sleeves. Highly recommend!

I went to this store today looking for Superfeet Insoles for my running feet with severe plantar fascitis in recovery . Beth took a lot of time and patience to help me get the correct ones, cut them to size for me ... she even showed me how to tie my shoe laces the correct way to get more heel support. Amazing staff. The employees really listen to your needs and fit you with the correct shoe. No aggressive sale tactics . Just good professional advice

Staff is very helpful and will work with you to find you the right pair of shoes. They all seem to be part of the running community and will help you with whatever you need. If you find discontinued shoes you can often get them for a steep discount which is great.

I never give reviews for anything but this place deserves one. For about a month I've been suffering with plantar facitis and decided i just needed to suck it up and not be afraid to spend a decent amount of money on a good quality pair of running shoes. I had never been to a specialty shoe store that observed the way you walked and suggested shoes based on that. The staff here were awesome and very helpful. I told them what I was going through and they understanded completely. I walked out with a great pair of shoes, some insoles and a night sock to help heal my plantar facitis so I can run again. Overall fantastic customer service and I feel good about my purchases.

Went in to buy a pair of sneakers for my first couch to 5k. BJ and staff were professional and took the time to fit my feet. The experience was excellent and I will go there for all my sneaker needs.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a 3D foot scanner to measure your foot to help pick the right sneakers. They also do community runs that you can sign up for, even for beginners. Great store 👌

They are so helpful with getting the right shoes to fit your foot and size of foot! I would highly recommend this place as I keep coming to this place and I always will as long as the same people that have given me my 2 pairs of shoes the last time I was there

My go to running store. Happy with sneaker advice, nutrition and rehab selections. They often host social runs in the evening that always have a great group of varried paces. Slower runners come join us.

Fleet Feet is the best! I started going there 5 years ago after being diagnosed with plantars faciitis. They have been awesome every time, making sure you that the shoe I get is the best fit for me, and to keep the PF at bay! I wish I had more time to participate in the running programs, as I've heard nothing but good things about them.

BJ is always helpful and patient with me when I come in . I usually buy two to three pairs of sneakers. He explains everything to me and gives me suggestions and options. I never shop anywhere else for sneakers.
