I just ordered for the first time and received my package very quickly! There was even a gift inside. There was a mixed up with what I had ordered but 1 minute after contacting their amazing customer service, they resolved the “issue” right away. The fidgets I ordered are amazing and such great quality. Will definitely recommend them and order more items! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company and Corey are!! I love Top Trenz products not only for myself but my grandkids. They have high quality products and the employees are amazing!! I placed an order and forgot to add something. Corey was so wonderful in making sure I added my item and got exactly what I wanted and the shipping was done immediately. I HIGHLY recommend Top Trenz!! It's really hard to find a company that truly cares about it's customers and they absolutely do!!

I ordered the avocado fleece bottoms for my daughter and she absolutely loved them as they’re so cite, soft and comfy. But I needed to exchange them for a larger size. Customer service was so easy and friendly. Will definitely order again.

A few years ago i purchased a silver tote bag and left it in Florida for the summer. Upon my return I noticed the bag had discolored in some areas. I called the company and was asked to send pictures, which I gladly did. Within 10 days I received a new bag. This company is certainly a very reputable and consumer friendly company

I called customer service because of a slight issue with my order. Jamie was so helpful in making things right! He promised to get my order out in time for Christmas and all his promises were spot on! Nice to know there are people that still come through. I’ll be ordering again!

Wonderful customer service. Beyond what we needed or asked for.

Short version is we purchased a squeeze animal (the narwhal) from a local shop and it got a hole in it almost immediately (probably roughly played with in store for however long it was out) so I reached out to Top Trenz to tell them about it. Within minutes someone had responded and started working on a solution.

I'm so impressed. Next time we will be ordering direct and I'm sure it will be soon.

There are no better masks for kids and adults alike! My kids love the patterns and comfort/fit. I have ordered multiple times. And free shipping on every order? I mean come on! Amazing! I had a tiny issue with one order and they got back to me by email within a few hours and made it right immediately. I'm used to waiting days for companies to get back to me. They were so great! Highly recommend!

We have bought a number of masks from Top Trenz! Both my daughter and myself love them! We love the adjustable ear loops, the patterns and the comfort/ breathability. Their customer service has been so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend them!

We ordered a few face masks for my daughter and they quickly became her favorite - both for fit and feel. When we ordered a second batch of masks, they got stuck in the USPS system around the holidays. Top Trenz was quick to respond to my requests and even quicker to send me replacements. I love the high quality products from Top Trenz, but the best part is the outstanding customer service! They went above and beyond to help me track a package and offer to resend a new package when shipping was delayed. Then I was able to email back and forth with them until the solution was reached. These masks are the only ones my children will wear! They are top quality, breathable yet safe and they come in a variety of cool designs that make it more pleasurable to wear. I recently had an issue with one of children removing the size adjuster and they happily sent me a replacement mask and extra masks in addition! What customer service!
