Fry's Pharmacy

This is more of a fairwell to Adam! I've been going to this Pharmacy for 3 years. Dave, Kathy, Crystal and Adam have all been amazing. They all truly care. But for the purposes of this post, I'd like to thank Adam for knowing my name when I walk in, his kindness and our short GENUINE convos. There's always going to be passerbys in life but some you'll just miss seeing, even if it was only once a month. Adam, that's you brother. Good luck with everything. Take care!

Always outstanding customer service. Thr staff are incredibly nice & never & i mean no matter how busy are they short or rude with you. Further, they always work to try & fill prescriptions as soon as possible. Seriously love the staff & service here.

Insurance has forced me to switch to CVS & it sucks - they don't even compare to the service you will get here. Maybe I do pay a little more just to have piece of mind & be treated well.

Best pharmacy I have been to. Switched from CVS. Man at the counter was exceptionally polite and respectful. Little to no wait. The phone system to check status was easy to use. Zero issues.

My family and I LOVE this store and the staff! I grew up here in Ahwatukee. I have been coming to this Fry's for years and years, they are wonderful! From the pharmacy to the checkout staff to customer service. Especially Tracy and Cheryl!! Never ever had a problem, or poor customer service. Nothing but kind wonderful experiences for my entire family!

I love shopping at Frys but this particular Frys did not offer small portion skinless salmon portions. I left empty handed at this store.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. Every time I am in line, I can expect to wait a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged and then never a "thank you for waiting". One lady there is always grumpy and can't ever smile. It sucks whenever I have to see her because I know my visit will be unpleasant. I only use this pharmacy because it is convenient. I just have to put up with it.

The customer service here is horrible. If you show up with a coupon for your script the Technician Diana will not like it and give a bad attitude about it. This happens every time we go in there. So, tonight I finally made a complaint about her to the Pharmacy Mngr. Valarie. Not only did she make excuses for Diana but blamed customers for not submitting coupons ahead of time. Then in mid conversation she walks away leaving me standing there. I received no apology in the least bit. Keep in mind I did not raise my voice, i did not use any foul language or any of the sort. People go there not feeling well or have to deal with illnesses. . so to Diana and Valerie I say, "Have some compassion and kindness for people." Believe me we wouldn't take pills if we didn't have to.

Had a TERRIBLE experience with this pharmacy and I don’t even know how these people, this “staff” with the worst work ethic and poor customer service skills can look themselves in the face!
My son was very sick and my doctor’s office called in his script to the 40th street and Chandler Fry’s. 2 hours later I go in to fill it and they say they have absolutely no record of the script. We check name spelling, birthdate, everything and they assure me I must have the wrong Fry’s. So I leave and call my doctors office 14,000 times because you know it’s impossible to get a hold of your doctor, and the Medical Assistant says, “Yes, I did indeed call it in almost 2 hours ago to the 40th St location and I was on hold for 45min to get it in. Please hold while I call them again. This is absolutely unacceptable.”
She calls me back and says “They had it the whole time in a box of requests that have not been processed yet.”
THEY LITERALLY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK!! We go back inside to confirm and indeed, without an apology, the lazy clerk says, “Yeah, its here in an unprocessed pile.” So they are more comfortable having me run around, make a dozen calls and inquiries, WHILE MY SON IS VERY SICK, rather than moving one hand to lift a paper from this elusive “pile”. Then without apology she says it may not get done before they close tonight. ??!! So I call my doctor back and the MA said “LET ME CALL THEM BACK AND GIVE THEM HELL!!” Because she too is sick and tired of their awful service. After a few minutes she calls me back and says, “It will be completed in 15 minutes. If that was possible in the first place why did we have to jump through all of these ridiculous hoops??!!
They wasted my time, they kept my son without his medication, and they LIED! It was indeed there the whole time and they just didn’t want to do their job!
NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

Talked to the main pharmacist and that rude old lady obviously doesn’t get any. rude for no reason. i even said have a nice day and she just hung up on me. I feel bad for who ever has to listen to her ear piercing old lady voice

I am a doctor and I usually do not leave reviews... However this was probably the worst experience in my career with a pharmacy... Just really bad.
