Every employee greeted me and offered to help me should I need it.
The store was impeccably organized.
The selection of clothes was extensive and the brands were name, high quality and superbly fashionable.
They also have awesome sales racks.
What a great place to acquire attire.

Jarmella, in the lady’s shoe department, is simply the best. I will wait until she finishes with another customer just to work with her. She is friendly, kind and hustles. I greatly appreciate her.

Eugene Jones is the most knowledgeable professional I have spoken to in a long time in terms of fashion and men's formalwear. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and so personable. Highly recommend.

First guy I talked to was quite pompous, large white male, who made a poor first impression. I recommend working on that, whomever it may be: first impressions are everything (ironic this is at a Dress store).

Five stars are given because of one person - Tara. She works in evening wear. Tara is extremely kind, patient, honest, and compassionate, even with the department being busy! She is a powerhouse. Thank you Tara!!!

We were shopping for a dress for my 8 yr old granddaughter, she is going to be a flower girl. We found the perfect dress and she loves it. We are going to go back to get something for us!

I had an unexpected trip out of the country tomorrow. Ran into Dillard's at 5:30.They close at 6PM. Eugene Jones was the best help in the world With helping me with my clothes and wardrobe. Got out of there in 15 to 20 minutes.This man cares and Is. Awesome? A true keeper. Mg.

Michael from Dior was amazing and helped me get what I needed when I needed it you can count on him.

The store is well organized and very clean. Matilda in the men's section was an absolute joy and a great help. Will definitely be back!

Much better experience than the Cedar Park location. The GM, Hector is horrible and thought I would try the domain in Austin. Night and day. The sales person who helped me actually spoke English. Not at Hector store. I spent a lot of money..a n d I don't have to return anything. Stay away from the Cedar Park location.

Gene in the mens department is AWESOME!
He had me in my new suit in 15 minutes with matching shirt & tie looking like a million bucks! I hate to shop and he made it easy.
Suit will be altered in a week. He even threw in a pocket square! Ty Gene !

Went looking for shoes. Jarmela was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I could not find a shoe in my size she offered to bring a different color in the correct size to see if I like the fit then she offered to order it and have it delivered to my house. GREAT customer service!!

5 star service from customer service associates and unlike so many other places went above and beyond to help us with the selection of clothes for my family member. Friendly and willing to offer suggestions. Will definitely go back to this store clean and very well organized

Clean, well staffed... typical Dillard's.

Dropped in to use my gift cards that I have been carrying around for over a year. The sales woman in the perfume department helped me locate a perfume that I couldn't remember the name of. Such patience with me as I looked until something rang a bell. A true pleasure to deal with and I will seek her out on my next trip.

Gene at the Domain location in the men's section is the greatest. Extremely helpful finding the new suit we ordered and had fitted. Helped us find coordinating shirts, a tie and socks with my dress for two weddings coming up. This will be our first stop from now on.

I shop in the men's section mostly and buy lots of clothes here because the staff is really nice and the selection is pretty great. They also were happy to help take a few links out of my watch for me even though I didn't buy it from them. It's exemplary service such as this that will have me coming back for many years to come. Great job guys!!

I don't shop at Dillard's often but when I do, I always wonder why I don't shop there more:). Dora stopped me to see if I needed help and took wonderful care of me. She helped me find what I needed for the wedding I was attending. Smooth an easy experience!

Anna at the Lancome Cosmetic counter was amazing. She did not judge me by my lack of experience buying Cosmetics of that caliber. She was helpful and patient and so encouraging I truly believe she ought to be recognized for her true since of authenticity and compassion. She has made me a customer for as long as I am in Austin.
