Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable employees and the cleanest store ive been to in a long time. They even filled the toilet paper in the bathroom like a fancy hotel or something 😄

Tim the manager is a very solid individual who really took care of us. John was our sales Rep and gave us a very good demo and was extremely knowledgable. It was no pressure at the store as we told him we were just looking. We returned a week later and John was willing to let us try more beds and we purchased on the spot. Excellent customer service, honest management, a very pleasant buying experience. This store is definitely ahead of the curve in the mattress industry. Thanks John and Tim. During these difficult times with Covid, and mix messages on mask or no mask, in store shopping is challenging to say the least. I would like to recognize the excellent buying experience my wife and I had at the Sleep Number store in the Domain in Austin, Texas. Steve, the salesperson did an outstanding job. He did not over sell us, but made sure that we had all the information we needed to make and informed buying decision.

I dont actually have the bed yet, this review is about Tony @ the Domain Location. Dude was great! Yeah he is a sales guy, but he upsold by simply asking us to lay on the different mattress, it was like 100% better than the first one so boom sold. And he has integrity they are commissioned and he was honest about a delivery issues that stoped the sale. I ended up getting corporate to ok it so I could buy the bed, but Tony wanted what was best for us. Go see Tony and tell him you read the crazy Safety Lady's review.

We actually went in because we needed good pillows. We were not in the market for a new mattress and told the sales person that. Once we were there and experienced how wonderful the mattress was, we were hooked. I think this mattress will benefit both my husband and me and allow us to have the most comfortable sleep possible.

John Laing was extremely knowledgeable not only about Sleep Number mattresses, but also the competitors products. He helped make the decision an easy one given that I was able to clearly understand the differences between the comparable products. I walked out of the store having made the purchase without the concern of buyers remorse that I felt that I would have in the other stores. It was also a very low pressure experience. He simply conveyed all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. That was a welcome change when compared to the competitor's stores that I visited while shopping.

We had an excellent experience with Rick. He showed us all the beds and explained all the features. We thought about which one we wanted for a couple days and then purchased one we think will be perfect.

The staff are professional and very nice to work with. They work very hard to understand the challenges you are experiencing in getting sound sleep and then offer excellent solutions to help you overcome your sleep issues. The mattresses are second to none as they offer each person and/or couples long lasting individualized support. Also, for how long their product lasts I would have to say they are the least expensive mattress in the industry when looking at the near 20 plus year life span of Sleep Number mattresses.

Wonderful experience overall - we are going to LOVE this bed! The salesperson (Tony) was super informative and no pressure- just gave us all of the info we needed, helped us to find our "sleep number", and then let us try all of the beds (multiple times).

Tony was super patient. Gave us a test drive so we could establish our sleep #'s, told us what we needed and if something was optional. Store was clean and safety for customers was obvious.

The mattress adjusts to your current condition, which is a big plus. The mattress is cold at times and doesn't bounce like a regular mattress. Definitely sleeps well though. Made us a good deal. Get the cheaper mattress & add accessories from other places to get the best deal.

Excellent experience. The salesman want pushy at all. Was genuinely interested in us getting the best bed for our needs.
