The UPS Store

I use this location of the UPS store not only because it is convenient, but more so because of the staff here. I frequently ship items to friends and family out of state, and I am an online shopper. Between shipment sI originate and returns I am making through their great HAPPY RETURNS option, I find the staff in this store to be universally and uniquely helpful in getting my packages expedited and delivered on time. I am so pleased every time I go into this location, since I find those who work there REALLY understand what it means to provide helpful assistance to a customer. I LOVE this location! And all those who work there!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Panda at the UPS store, and I was truly blown away by her exceptional service! Not only is she the most upbeat notary I've ever encountered, but her positive energy is absolutely infectious. From the moment I walked in, Panda greeted me with an incredibly warm smile and ensured that my experience was seamless from start to finish. Her professionalism combined with her exuberant personality is truly unmatched. If you ever need notary services at the UPS store, make sure to seek out Panda. I recently switched to this UPS store from another in town. I am so happy I made the switch. The staff at this location are always very friendly, willing to go beyond to serve the customer, and very professional. They know what they are doing and the store is well maintained.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Nazja. I was second in a line of two, when all of a sudden the store exploded with people. Probably 8 people lined up behind me inside of a minute. Did this throw Nazja off her game? It certainly did not! Speaking from personal experience, in her shoes, I would’ve felt my morale sink. I couldn’t have blamed her if it did, but she held steadfast and kept a confident rhythm and a smile upon her face.

It’s not just that she did a quick and effective job notarizing my ID, but that I entered the store sullen, in a bad mood of sorts. I was smiling and feeling better *before* our interaction because of how she handled the customer ahead of me. By the time I was leaving, I was elated enough to write this whole review in the parking lot before going home.

I just quickly glanced below at the prior reviews and they were right, the staff here is incredible! I needed a legal document notarized by the same day. I made an appointment online at this location, and showed up a few minutes early. Veronica was there to assist right away and was amazing! I needed to scan the document too and she helped me with that as well. If I were closer to this location I’d come here all of the time for her and the staff here.

I like this store, and I come here for all my UPS shipping. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. The only issue is that parking can be difficult at times.

The associate Nazja was so kind and helpful. She clearly took care in packaging my order for shipment and walked me through each step.

Mirinda has been extremely helpful and very supportive. I reached office almost at the end of the day and with lot of work for her but she helped me on notary and mailing of documents in an extremely professional way . Very happy about her interactions and service . Would love to visit the store again

I really enjoyed my clerk today. She was so professional and friendly. She had a long line and was wonderful to each person. The music was also great!

This location was recommended to me for printing. I brought my usb and printed some documents. The girl who checked me out at the register was new but very professional. She was friendly and helped me out when the printer ran out of paper. Thanks for the help.

I have only had two experiences with this store but both times they were great. The customer service was exceptional and the employees had smiles on their faces while they greeted and waited on customers, which makes the customer experience much better. I'd recommend anyone use this UPS store for their shipping and/or printing needs!

Today I had a very minor medical emergency while getting a document notarized. I’m pregnant and my blood sugar plummeted unexpectedly. The staff; Veronica, Panda and Naijah (very sorry if I misspelled any names) went above and beyond getting me water and something sweet, and a chair to sit, all while taking care of notarizing my form. I instantly felt better after the snack and water and couldn’t thank them enough. I could not do enough to show just how much they touched my heart, so this review is all I could manage to show some gratitude. These girls were amazing and so understanding. Thank you guys for everything!

I want to shout out and thank Panda. I was very nervous and tentative to ship my gaming PC from Austin to Hawaii, but Panda was very knowledgeable and took extra care to ensure my PC made it in one piece, she went above and beyond with adding extra packaging and Fragile stickers on all of my packages, I’m so appreciative of the work she did.

My company has leased a box and shipped from this location for close to 7 years! Their service has been consistently top notch!

The store manager, Miranda has always gone above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer experience! The staff also has been as equally professional and personable. Roxanne, Nazja, Lincoln, Alex, Veronica and Katherine always have a bright smile; pleasant demeanor and are extremely attentive and helpful; even during the busy holiday season when the line is out of the door! Great location, well managed, and excellent staff!

We have been working with super friendly staffs in this UPS store for more than 2 years. We rent a mail box from them and we see them literally everyday. There is no missing/damage package for 800+ days straight. They provide nothing less than exceptional service for us since day one! We enjoy working with the staff here.

I really like this store. The employees are especially friendly. Veronika is my favorite. She does the "Soul Train" while working. Absolutely fantastic dancer :-). Seriously, just everyone at this store is super helpful and friendly. I'm impressed!
