Great variety, lots of flavors, they care about dog's health regarding their food, transparent with what ingredients are in the treats and food, great customer service. When you visit the location, you can get a sample of the food to try your dog on. For the price, it's better quality food compared to the costs at Petco, Petsmart, etc. when they (pet stores, chewy, etc) have dry food on sale and this company has a way you can save on refills with your food bucket. Check out their website for more details. For example, 20 lb bag of dry pet store food goes on sale for $70. Gangsta Dog has your refill 20 pounds at $55. Prices are subject to change.

Favorite thing is the cookie treat case. They have treats with and without icing, birthday, gotcha day, and more.

They do offer military discount and do donations to local animal charities.

There are lots of fun items for your pups here! I haven't purchased the dog treats (unfortunately, my dogs can't have them because they have health problems), but the toys and gear are all high quality.

Our favorite doggie store. We always come in for Cod Toppers which our 3 German Shepherds love. Everyone there is so nice. We go there at least once a week. Well worth the visit and bring your fur baby..... photos attached of our 3 girls.

Excellent store. Has a ton of everything you could get for your pet. Treats, bakery. Organic chew sticks, food, toys....really fun stuff. The girls who were working on this rainy Saturday afternoon were extremely helpful and kind. Will go back next time with my dog

Really enjoyed my m first visit today!! Talked to the owner Gary and his wonderful staff today, they hooked me up with some samples as well! Which my dogs preferred over their own food.

Second visit and they always give out a few free samples that my dog loves. Yep, we purchased one bag of snacks and four of the singles. Knowledgeable staff and always friendly.

Great atmosphere and the employees were very friendly. Our pup loved making new friends - great social spot for her. Lots of interesting dog stuffs that we haven't seen anywhere else.

Great place .top quality food and treats.the owners and staff are the best people.have been buying food there for a couple of years for our aussie with stomach issues.she has had much better digestion and fewer issues with their food products .I give them a 10.

The sweetest and most helpful folks work here, and the selection is great. I find things here I don’t find anywhere else! Homemade treats, unique bandanas, chews, canned food, dry food, leashes, collars…for a smaller space they really have wonderful inventory. Every person who works here is amazing, they remember us every time and come out and greet me and my dogs with treats in hand (always double checking if there are allergies to be aware of). Highly recommend, even if you don’t need anything it is a cute store and atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I’m a frequent regular down at historical Yorktown. This shop is amazing. The owners are lovely and everyone is amazing to chat with. The treats are natural and nutritious and our dogs love them. If I’m ever unsure of an ingredient they are always happy to explain what it is and how it helps my pet. My cats are addicted to the buttons and my dogs love the fun cookies we bring home. In short, I will be here every payday because my pets deserve these amazing products that are local, safe, nutritious, and fun.

Went here just to check it out and bought from their Bulk Dog Treat bar! It was a very cool store to visit! The salesgirl was awesomely nice and talked go us about our boarded family dogs…which, of course, made us smile!

Absolutely my and my Granddog Trixie favorite place to go! We go weekly. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Trixie has allergies to beef and pork. They alway's let me know which item's she can have. It has gotten so hard to find food that she can have. We have started her on their dog kibble and she is doing much better. Hope this store is around for MANY year's to come!

Went to Gangsta Dog today and the employees were super friendly and helpful and they had a great selection of goodies for my babies. They even gave me samples of their dog food for my babies to try.

A cool little pet store conveniently nestled amongst the shops in historic downtown Yorktown. The owners are very friendly and have given my dog treats when he’s come in. Lots of unique power chewer toys I haven’t seen elsewhere for sale in here. They also have doggie birthday treats for your pup as well which is a fun birthday activity for your fur friends if you’re nearby.

When you first walk in, the atmosphere is pawesome!! The service was amazing and we were able to leave with some tasty treats AND a sample of their dog food. Our fur baby loved everything! Thank you so much for the excellent service, friendly conversation, and amazing dog treats. We will be back, we saw some super cute toys for rough chewers and a few collars we MUST have!!

Wonderful owners in a fantastic store!

The shop at first seems wacky with vibrant paintings of some dogs but after talking to the owners the pictures each tell a great story.

They have tons of wonderful products from high quality dog food to very instagrammable dog treats, cookies, donuts, etc.

Visit these folks and strike up a conversation with them! You’ll have a great time

Super nice owners and genuine people. My corgi puppy absolutely loved their treats!! Gave him some cuddles, treats, and a to-go sample of their puppy food. Definitely will be going back! If you want people who genuinely care about your dog I would definitely recommend this place
