AT&T Store

Went into this store after talking to a rep in the store about upgrading. My experience was amazing. I upgraded my phone and ended up getting a bundle of an Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad. Now I’ve never been heavily into Apple products so for me to walk away with this bundle says a lot. I had the best honest customer service from Terrell. He was patient and did the comparison of what I was paying to what I will be paying and I feel like the money I was paying is now worth it. He’s very knowledgeable about all the products and can give you a good and honest comparison. I walked out a happy customer and weeks later I’m still happy.
Thank you Terrell, you’re my go to AT&T guy.

The entire staff was so accommodating and patient. I am handicapped but Arsalan took care of my crutches when the started to fall, opened the door to the restaurant next door when I had to go to the bathroom and sat and talked to me while attending to other customers. I am truly grateful and they all exemplify exceptional customer service. -candace

Excellent customer service. Spent two hours getting my iPad data plan straightened out. Stefany went above and beyond being patient and kind to me while we navigated credit bureau issues so she could get me back on a data plan. Could not ask for better service anywhere. Professional, gracious and patient from start to finish. My thanks and gratitude to her and the team there for taking care of me!

Anthony is the very best. When you go, this Alexandria native will not disappoint. Very thorough, a good listener and hard worker to make it all alright! Appreciate him! Thank you so much for everything, Anthony. My mom would be lost without you! As I said when I walked out “that guy’s awesome, you should give him a raise!” I meant it.

This store is awesome!! My sales person Muhammad R. was such a patient, knowledgeable, and nice person. He worked with me from beginning to end asking all the right questions to get me set-up completely with my transfer of 4 lines from another company. I am impressed that when snags came up he knew exactly what to do. Even though I didn’t meet all the staff I can tell by the way the helped others they knew what they were talking about and didn’t seemed annoyed. I am also glad Muhammad helped me because he went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Even though I did not see the manager in person he was working things out in the background for me as well. Thanks for making my time feel valuable.

I signed up for ATT after many years at T Mobile. T Mobile was not bad but they would not give me any promos on my old devices and ATT did.

But, I signed up at he Kiosk at Target on Richmond Hwy near the Lowes. Turns out that these guys at the Kiosk are not ATT employees but are licensed retailers for ATT.

BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS!!! They are not always honest. Mine was not. He promised me an international plan that does not even exist. But I was in a hurry and I thought it all looked good. Even worse, he put the wrong names on the account so the teacher discount that my wife gets was invalid as my name was on the account, not hers. He told me it did not matter. IT DOES!

Of course I try the customer service numbers and you wait and wait and wait..... you know what I mean, right. And then they tell me to go into the store to get this account issue fixed.

Well, I came to this store and the manager (I believe her name is Stephanie) was great. We did have to call customer service but this time she got on the phone (yes - we had to wait but at least she waited with me) and explained things to the customer service agent. And she was really good. Stephanie walked me through many details that the guy at Target should have.

I do not know who her boss is but give that woman a raise! And then do it again. She earned her pay!

And warning to all of you out there who read this. STAY AWAY FROM THE KIOSKS. Maybe some are good. Mine was awful and plain dishonest. And they never stay at the same place so you cannot go back and find them.

Last night my iPhone stopped working and I desperately needed a working phone, so I went to the AT&T store and met Stephanie who went above and beyond to help me. Stephanie was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable of all the account and phone questions I had. In addition, Stephanie stayed after store hours to help me with warranty questions and my new phone set up. Her customer service practice and dedication is exemplary!

Got all I wanted and more!!! My wife had lost the phone she got in September,I got an upgrade new "I" phone and a new plan. Service persons were well versed in phones and plans. I had to wait 6 minutes but it was well worth it as they were uncommonly attentive to all our questions and put us at ease with the new phone plan. I will recommend them to most of my people.

I am from out of state and went to this store to try and get an issue resolved that had nothing to do with this store. I was greeted by Albert, who was eager to help, Tervell also tried to help. Stefany had to get involved, because both men, were trying to figure out an error, while my husband was on the phone with another carrier who was the issue. She call for support to help her get through the issue, and with everyone's help the issue was resolved. I thank you so much for spending all the time to get this resolved. They were very knowledgeable and courteous throughout my time with them. I highly recommend this store for all your needs, if they could get my issue resolved that was ongoing for 2 months with another carrier, they can do anything..I hope this helps people who want a reputable AT&T store!!! Manpreet (aka Manny) was very nice to work with and helped me with all of my set up since switching from Verizon wireless to AT&T for my iPhone and iPad. I went on a Tuesday at around 10:30 am and there were no other customers at that time. No wait. Very satisfied.

Amazing customer service from a gentleman named Ilir he helped my family out, tremendously with changing our phones and upgrading our family plan.

I walked in and got helped immediately! It was great! Perhaps I simply came at the right time because whenever I walk into a corporate store there's always a long wait. If you have lots of time to waste go to the one in Tysons, but if you want to simply get what you need done in a relatively short amount of time, then this is your store.

This team is amazing. They were kind and helpful. We had lot to cover while we were in the store and they handled it with ease. I was also impressed with how they handled the rude costumers that walked in and were yelling even though the staff had nothing to do with their issue. I would highly recommend this store and team.

Yesterday, wanted to upgrade a phone and Sam told me I had to go home and sync photos - excellent device knowledge. Today, Ivette and Brian were helpful, professional and cool. Efficient, friendly service.

Mr. Raza was professional in his dealings with a senior citizen like my husband and myself. He is very knowledgeable about his profession. A T and T is extremely fortunate to have him represent it.
