Wonderful mom and pop owned and operated locale. Owners and wait staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Wide selection of wines. They carry beer too but I did not take the time to see what is available. One side is a wine store/bar and the other side is a restaurant. Definitely worth checking out especially if you live in the local area. You don't need to go to Old Town Alexandria to appreciate fine dining with good wine.

Very nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable of the selection of wines, and the restaurant attached was quaint and intimate. Great place to go for date night or a night on the town.

This has become such a staple for us! Jess, in particular, has just the most knowledgeable, helpful recommendations, though we have never been steered wrong by anyone. If you're looking for interesting wines and a staff that will know almost every odd varietal in stock, swing by at your earliest convenience.

This is such a lovely place to visit. Not only is their wine selection amazing, but the craft beer collection, both on tap in package, is out of this world. I received fabulous reccommendations for unknown brews that I would like based on my specific tastes. The staff is so welcoming and helpful, I feel like pulling up a stool and just staying awhile!

Amazing cider selection. My wife had trouble finding good cider here, the grocery stores only carry large scale sweet cider. Great draft options and artisan snack options. Also the wines are top shelf, with great local options. As well a local beer. 10/10 will visit again

You want sour and tart beer? You want different brewed beers and wine from around the world? Look no further. This place is awesome! They have a lot of great selections for beer and wine all around the world and at decent prices. They also have a fine selection of cigars so you can buy for a special occasion with a bottle of wine or great authentic beer.

Super helpful and courteous staff. I was looking for a specific passion fruit cider and they put some packs aside for me without any hassle or prepayment. Will definitely be back!

Staff was very nice and helpful and can assist you with any questions or assist you with finding something specific or in a particular style. The selection is especially good since they pull some variants that do not show up at other stores in the area with very few exceptions. You can always expect to see some great offerings and it's not just loaded up on hyped IPA's and DIPA's. There are some really good pale ales, pilsners and other offerings that they stock up on to fill out the spectrum. Very well curated selection.

Did I mention they have draft lines to fill up growlers and even cold brew?

This is my absolute favorite place to not only pick up craft brews, but have a good conversation as well. The entire staff is great. Davis is always ready to help you find your next beer. I will always recommend this place.

The Belle Haven store specifically. I've always found the choices at the Bradlee location underwhelming at best. So come here if beer is your thing.

You're not going to find any deals here but you will find the best curated and the most interesting picks from the most hipster-ish breweries that can, lol, (or sometimes cant) distribute here.

Belle Haven staff is super knowledgeable to even the snobbiest of patrons aka me.

The stars here for me are the staff. They are always helpful. The wine selection is strong. But their local beer variety us why I go there. Great local and regional beer.

I recently came to this store for some Stone Enjoy By 2.15.13. I could not have been happier with the service. The gentlemen who approached me asking if I needed assistance was busy stocking their shelves and had no qualms stopping what he was doing to help. He was very knowledgeable on the beers they had, and even knew release dates of future beers they'd be receiving. I'd absolutely return here.

My favorite wine store. The staff is very helpful. They carry a wide array of small vintage wines including an extensive selection of organic and biodynamic.wi.es for reasonable prices.
