Mr. Tonny was Awesome! He handled a very busy time with great diligence and excitement while making their customers feel welcome. Also, they had a very good variety of items available!

I’ve been here a few times. Getting in and out of the parking lot isn’t the easiest, but decent. Otherwise it’s a convenient location right on the Parkway.
The selection inside is ok, a bit cluttered. They appear to be experiencing some shortages, typical of the times. Today is the first time I’ve ever heard the words, “sorry, we are out of water”. Plenty of sugary and carbonated drinks to choose from, just not for me.
The staff was friendly, appeared hard-working. I appreciate all the efforts.

Great customer service at this Dollar General. The man at the register offered to switch my room temperature Coca-Cola bottle for a refrigerated one and then open it with his bottle opener. Was definitely a polite and thoughtful gentleman. Would definitely come here again when I'm in town.

Pleasantly surprised in this store in the fact that when a checkout line formed, they opened a second register. Although a bit crowded, as many General Dollar stores are, this one provided what I have come to expect and not be disappointed in... low prices and good merchandise.

I've been to a lot of Dollar Generals in my lifetime this one was a lot different I went in the staff was very nice I was approached right away and upon purchasing the stuff that I wanted I was asked if I needed anything else they accommodated me answered me very well very nice people very clean store everything was put away organized just the way I would like to see a retail store great job

Everything was pulled forward because it seemed that their store had enough hours and people working. Where I work, at Dollar General, the DM does not give enough hours to keep our store looking as good.

The place is very well clean very organized and neat the cashiers are very nice me and my family shoppe here every week because we are locals if your from out of town i would suggest going here

The new General Dollar store in Pigeon Forge TN is awesome!!! Best dollar store around. So glad it's there! Clean, neat, well stocked and convenient!!!

I shop here constantly and I love this place they also sell food now and are just right up my street so I go here almost every day good prices

The only the I spoke to employee that was putting out stock..they seemed non amused at my speaking...maybe they had a bad day..hoped and they have a better day today.

Great little store! It's in a convenient location in the middle of Pigeon Forge. Very neat and tidy and well stocked.
