Today was my first time going in there and it’s a great store and staff were friendly. They’ve got lots of good stuff!

Much much better customer service then Ranch and Home in Kennewick!!! Waste of time looking for customer assistance at Ranch and Home. Found this place and what a DIFFERENCE!

My family and I came for the free petting zoo, but will be returning soon for some cute chicks and ducklings. Every one was really nice and the 4h club was there to tell my children about each animal.

I picked up the chicks I pre-ordered this AM, and was very happy with the service. Whoever set up the delivery system they are using, deserves a much appreciated pat on the back.

Love this place, a Tri-Cities staple and so appreciated they are here. From bulk grains to propane fill ups and buying Chickies 🐥🐥🐥🐣🐣🐣 this place is bomb. Staff has always been helpful and practically run out to fill my propane tanks which is so appreciated. Support local friends this place is a gem.

I went in looking for a high quality dog food. I was already overwhelmed by all of the information I'd gathered online. The young lady who helped me (the one who talked to me about what she fed her Rottweiler) was *super* helpful, very knowledgeable and kind. She clearly knew what she was talking about and didn't try to oversell me stuff I didn't need. I'll be headed back there from now on. I appreciate the time she took to talk with me about my dogs' needs. I highly recommend this store!

Locally owned, this feed & supply store has a variety of products. They carry a good selection of feed for your pets large & small. They offer grain free varieties at several price points. If they don't stock an item they have been good about looking it up and ordering it if they can get the item. I would definitely check them out. There is also an on-site grooming salon you can book appointments for baths & clips.

Love the folks at Basin Feed! They know you by name and take the time to really give you individual, down-home service without all the inflated pricing. Josh the manager is awesome and is very knowledgeable. Easy to grab what you need and go. Not a fan of Ranch & Home, these guys are far and away my go-to for my horse and dog supplies!

Basin Feed and Supply has what I needed for the birds on the farm. Choices are good and service is very helpful and attentive. So glad I found the Feed store, now I know where to get supplies. 👍

Had our Golden Retriever groomed here and she looks great. Tracy did a fabulous job and Molly loved her. When we are in the area again, I will definitely call her.

Great place for farm and feed supplies. They have amazing people that work there and I never feel like I am an inconvenience or a bother. They take care of me and always smile. Great place! Big shout out to Jessica!

Awesome, staff is always helpful. Store is clean and organized and not cluttered. Young eager kids always help load my vehicle with bags of feed or hay.

Very reasonable prices on my horse's feed - and they offer curbside pickup which is a huge help when I'm lugging around two little ones in car seats!

I helped pick up horse and dog feed for a friend. The order was ready and loaded into my truck.

Josh was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions about killing weeds in my yard! Lexi was super helpful as well!!

They all ways have good info for your cattle or a solution plus they have alot of youngsters that load up your supplies

This place is a little far from my house. But from time to time we go out there to check them out. My family really likes "chick" day. We go down and ooh and ahh over little babys.

They have a very helpful atmosphere, clean environment, wide variety of product and knowledgeable about animals and their needs.

Great feed store. I get my propane tanks filled here. They have everything you could ever need.
