Had an awesome experience at AT&T getting my new phone and setting up my line, all thanks to Carlos and Ray. Their knowledge and friendly service made the process smooth. I went in to get my girls iPhone fixed, as the updates made her sin card obsolete.
Carlos the manager and I believe Amelia got it working in no time at no cost. When asking about my Apple care+ to fix my camera, Carlos suggested an idea that got me the newest iPhone only paying the taxes and keeping my older one to be sent in and be fixed all cheaper than using AppleCare, adding a work line to my new phone and dropping my o real bill by $10 per month!! Now that’s service I can smile while I write about. Hats off to Carlos!! You’re the best buddy. Thank you so much sir for your help. I can’t wait to visit again!!!

Michael, Tyler, Lily, Santos were amazing! So incredibly helpful and resolved all of my issues. They were very knowledgeable and professional and worked together as a team. I have been back to the store several times and each time I have never had to wait and have had a great experience. I highly recommend this location! Excellent!

Yall I gotta story. So I came to AT&T with an attitude per usual because these A-Andriod phones just ain't it. This is one of BEST AT&T stores hands down 🌟. They have INCREDIBLE customer service, are amazing at defusing attitudes lol, always greet customers, and help our complicated matters become simple. I get the honor of shouting out today's staff. I walked out with the new Galaxy S23 Ultra per trade-in, and let me tell yall be prepared to be sick of me. The best camera and video quality I have ever seen. Photo attached was taking off the Galaxy S23 Ultra. No make-up and no filter.

Santos by far went above and beyond in helping to restore & reset my AT&T email account! After 5 days of trying to reach a live tech rep by phone I almost gave up but decided to try walking into the nearest AT&T store at Sunshine Square in Boynton. I was greeted right away & helped within minutes. Santos made me feel valued as a customer by taking charge of solving my problem with a patient and professional attitude. He was pleasant and engaging which enhanced the experience all the more. I want his managers to know that Santos definately has the leadership skills to be an asset to the company going forward.

I am leaving this review to thank the employees for helping me upgrade my old Samsung. I traded in a 5 yr old phone, for a brand new Samsung Galaxy. The process was extremely simple and was done efficiently. If the store owner or manager is reading this, you got some great workers that care about helping the customers. Thanks again guys!

The representatives were very hospitable and welcoming and acknowledged my presence the moment I entered the store. After that, I didn't mind waiting to be served for 20+ mins. And the representative that assisted me, she was lovely, and new her stuff! Great nails by the way. I was pleased to see real everyday looking people employed. However, if I must make one suggestion. I would suggest extra seating is provided to ensure the waiting patrons have the choose of sitting or standing. The store is big enough for extra seating. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Nicole was REALLY, REALLY NICE, she understood the assignment and got us the best deals. Tyler also assisted with making sure they had the available products and the right size.

Alan was the absolute best. Spent about 2 hours here setting up 2 phones and it was a great time. Good conversation, great help, and the whole place was awesome energy. Thank you Alan, hope to see you soon.

My XR phone wouldn’t transfer to my 12 Pro max and Junior fixed it with no hesitation and in no time. He was great. I bought a screen protector on his recommendation and he took his time and made sure there weren’t any prints or dust and put my protector on with the greatest precision. If I lived in Boynton, this would be my AT&T store. Thanks Junior! For you assistance and patients. You personally made it a pleasure going to this store. 5 Stars all around.

My last visit here was by far my best retail experience in a long time! Everybody was friendly, helpful, and attentive! Andrea went above and beyond to help me with my technical difficulties, and she even helped me save money on some of my monthly bills while upgrading some of my services! This is not the closest store to my house, but I will be making the drive from here on out because of the amazing service!

Best experience ever! I was with Boost Mobile customer (yes Sprint I know, eww🤮) for years, never really had issues with them until Sprint and T-Mobile merged🤦🏾. Then all the problems started. I work for the Post Office, I need my phone when I'm out on the street for work purposes. Long story short, it was time to let them go. Sorry but not really🤷🏾‍♂. Went to AT&T, left with a smile and new phone (Note20 Ultra from the S8). The two people there (forgot the names, forgive me) but they were Excellent! Answered all my questions plus more. No issues everything went smooth 👌. And make it even better, by working at the Post Office i found that we get discounts!! 🤯 Why not make the switch??

Jean S. helped me so very much today not only did he assist me if find the right phone and plan for the price I could afford he also took the time to help me get my phone set up completely. I will go out of my way to go back to this store if I ever need help just to see him and hopefully get his assistance again. I recommend anyone needing to use AT&T go here to see Jean!
