I would like to give a shout out to a young man by the name of Matthew.
This young man is the exception to the word young and extremely mature. This young man took a step back and played a joke on my daughter when I requested him to do so and that made my day. I hope that you are blessed and every way , I hope you go for the goal and become manager one day you deserve it!

Great location. Clean with friendly staff.

The service was fast and courteous. The Cobb salad was on par with other locations.

The bagels are always consistent. The staff and management are super friendly!!

Very clean place, excellent food, good service and great desserts.

In the past this Panera location has not been extremely friendly or efficient however Christine is different. She is friendly, efficient and I recall a morning when I saw her helping an elderly man with a gift card because he was having trouble. All things we say should be the norm, however not the case. We have seen her many times like today and she takes the level of customer service to a new height! Thank you Christine!

Had my Mediterranean Veggie sandwich I love. But that day, they had no lettuce. Glad they take food safety seriously. My sister didn't get her salad though

I’m in the parking lot writing this review .. Nick you rock and the rest of the staff there!!
I dropped my flash drive at the restaurant and didn’t realize until the next night .. when to the location and Nick moved tables , moved cushions off the benches to help me look ! We found my flash drive safe and sound !! Thanks so much #youguysrock

Good food! Their Mac and Cheese was delicious! The staff was nice.

In a world of indifference and bad customer service Nya is a breath of fresh air. She greets customers with a smile and I watched her be extra kind to two elderly ladies this morning. Kindness is free and Nya is an asset to Panera!

Panera Bread is a good place to get quick, well prepared meals.
It is very people friendly in that l never feel rushed to leave my table. There are also outdoor tables making it safe during covid-19 to dine. Manager at this location (Boynton Beach, Fl.) was friendly & helpful. He especially demonstrated leadership when a customer shared a cheese allergy & stressed to food prep staff to use caution for specific customer.

Panera is always my “fast food” go to place when on the road and don’t have too much time.
The brownies used to be better, but everything else is great!
The butternut squash soup they have in the fall is one of my favorites!!!

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. This morning my battery stopped in front of the store, in the middle of the road. Mike who was on his break for his first day at work. Took the time to help me move the car and offer me a jump. He could’ve finished his break, but he choose to use that time to help a stranger. I love this store.

Very clean and spacious. It had been a while since I'd visited Panera as I'm cooking more and visit restaurants like Anzo, Bolay, Thai spots and Indian restaurants since their menus are more on the healthy side. But Panera really surprised me. They're bowls are 'out of bounds', tasty! I'll be back for more than just breakfast now.

Like if you said like extra toast they do regular toast instead not a big deal I just wanted it to bring that out

Love the atmosphere here. We drive further to come here even though there are two closer. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. We come here at least three times a week. I do wish they would rotate a larger assortment of pastries, it is a little boring.

The food is very good , i love it there its like home to me when i go in I always feel welcomed from samiya she’s very polite and respectful. Also I would like to acknowledge, Demetri for his respect and politeness as , he serves me my sandwiches and salads but one problem is that one of the so called managers named Hannah doesn’t correctly know how to run the store , everytime i go in while she’s in there she’s on the phone having a conversation or on the side talking to someone as if she doesn’t have a job to do , whenever samiya is there everything is ran perfect so I suggest covelli corporate does something about their management asap.

Quick and tasty. A worker came by and even picked up my tray of finished food. It's the little things. I would definitely come back. Broccoli cheese soup with their fresh bread is sooo satisfying.

The staff was awesome! Great customer service, especially the manager Andres. Had a DoorDash mishap and they remade my order even though it was close to closing.
