JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This store is an arts and crafts store. Very similar to Michaels or AC Moore. Fabrics, sewing machines, painting and craft items, just to name a few things available here. The people working here were also very friendly and helpful. Even just to browse, an interesting store worth the stop.

Its local, they have great sales, an endless selection of fabrics; upholstry fabrics, plain pillows of every shape and size so people can make their own covers, even foam to make cusions. Tons of gift ideas and craft projects. I love their assortment of hand soaps and lotions by the checkout. Only $1 each. Ginger pear my fav.

Great Joann location - a little on the small side, but has everything that I need for my projects. Always very neat, even when it is busy. Staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and helped me install the app to get coupons for my purchase.

Phenomenal customer service!
Before I came to the store I read the reviews of previous customers and was shocked by the complaints made. However, I still traveled over to the store due to the distance being the closest.
To my surprise, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Sage, the cashier, even though she was busy. Searching for card stock paper and pens, Sage gladly assisted me to the areas where they will be located and found long lasting pens (still using them now). After everything was found an done, I checked out using coupons I didn’t have before and a promise to come back to this store location.
Don’t let someone’s sorrow experience validate yours. Highly recommend Joann in Boynton Beach!

Lovely place for all my knitting and homemaker needs. I found this place after leaving Robert Fiance Beauty Schools in the next shopping center. I got a lovely facial and haircut and came here to Joann to buy some thread and sewing kits. Thank you. Denise.

Probably my new favorite store. The wide assortments of fabric ridiculously amazing. I would also like to personally thank the girl who helped me today. I don't know your name, but you are a live saver. I was gifted a sewing machine and had absolutely no knowledge when I got it. She helped me so much and gave me so much advise, I didn't get at other craft stores. Thank you so much.

They have excellent foam at a great price. Made an online purchase for in-store pickup and the first cashier was very helpful and called when my order was ready. Then I needed to exchange the product for a different size the same day and the second cashier was equally as helpful. They both made an effort to go out of their way to assist me and that's well-appreciated.

Great choice of craft products. Their prices beat Michaels. Parking currently due to construction is a bit of a challenge. Staff is very polite.

The employees at this store are AMAZING. I stopped in today to get some fabric and foam padding to create a pad for the top of a bench in my son’s playroom. I had no clue what I was actually looking for. A woman so kindly stopped what she was doing and helped me pick out the foam padding and fabric that would look nice but was not super expensive since it was only going in a playroom. Throughout my time there, each employee waved and said hi to my son in the stroller and were so kind. At the checkout, the employee saw my son wanting to hold my credit card so she gave him a little plastic card to hold instead. All of this may sound minimal but it’s so rare that you find good customer service anymore. This employees were amazing and really made my experience exceptional!!!

I love coming to JoAnn's for my sewing needs. The plaza this store is located in has under gone some changes. There are 4 restaurants here that have made finding a parking space impossible. I've come here twice in the past 6 weeks. I had to park illegally in the back of the building near the trash dumpster just for a 15 minute visit. It took me 20 minutes of driving around to find somewhere to park. It doesn't matter what time of day it is this is your biggest challenge just to visit the store.

Saija in the fabric department was very helpful. The marine fabric we bought was very expensive and she told us about a 50% off coupon. What a BIG help. Thanks girl

Manager was awesome. I had purchase a rolling tote at Joans Margate location, and wanted to retun it for a black color, which I found at to Boynton Beach location. Mines was a sale ($109 to $59.99). They had the black tote but was $119 reg price. Disapointed, while at the register the manager found out, she said "You came from Margate? I will make it happen ". Auwww...was so nice of her!!!!Thank you. Surely will refun to this store. Amazing service.

If you like sewing, upholstery, art in general, this is the place to go. One of my children is very passionate are creating her own cloths and we visit Joann 2-4 a month to get supplies. Sign up with their app and you will always get a coupon for your items.

I really enjoyed shopping at this location! It's a bit smaller than some of the others, but it was extremely neat, clean and organized. One of their employees, Abby, was fantastic. She was so kind, helpful and patient. We could all use more people like Abby in this world.

Went in looking for an item and could not find. Ask sales assc and she took the time to look on her phone in Joann inventory and did not see it. I explained what I was trying to do and she TOOK me over to another area where she thought something suitable would be. After talking for a minute I did indeed purchase and will try it. Thank you for your great customer service. Sorry I did not get her name.

We build sets and always need materials as well as arts and crafts, the stores staff is always helpful and I always leave with exactly what I need. If they do not have what we need a staff member has always been able to advise me of a plan B which has been so helpful.

They really know their stuff!! Recommended the correct needle and thread for a challenging restoration of a sofa. Very friendly and patient.
