Love this UPS crew. They’re always so friendly and helpful. They get pretty busy but always make each experience quick and pleasant.

The manager Danielle makes that store thrive! If it wasn't for her I could not give a five-star review

Was so impressed with the service at this UPS location! Emanuel was very kind, quick and courteous. He helped me unload my car, 18 boxes being returned to a retailer. Who does that!?!?!? He then helped me put labels on all boxes. Additional staff inside, very helpful too! Nice guys and wow .... the service is quick! There were approximately 8 people on line. They were in and out.

Small town service. They know you by name. Always greet with a genuine smile. It's to the point now where my dog will stop and sit outside even when they are closed on our daily walks

I just went in to return a very heavy large box and a gentlemen helped me bring it inside (didn’t catch his name) , and then Jude helped me at the register and was super kind and efficient. The men here rock! Thanks for making my day :)

This is an excellent UPS Store. Great staff and convenient!
I have been going here for nine years and have been highly satisfied using many of their varied services: mailbox rental, notary, shipping, etc.

The employees in this UPS location are the best. I needed to use their services many times this month, from shipping, to sending faxes and printing and they were always very attentive, efficient and very proactive even with the high volume of Xmas business. Thank you! I am sad I don't live in this area anymore

The workers at this ups store are the absolute best. They are always overwhelmed and overworked yet they don’t take their frustrations out on the customers. Every one of these employees deserve a pay increase and they should be commended for their work ethic.

This is the BEST UPS store around! Fast courteous friendly and efficient. Undercover parking across laneway. Danielle is super organized and gets notarized documents with two witnesses completed in record time just call first as schedules change. The location has a black/white awning out front opposite entrance to parking garage.

Matt has a professional demeanor and a wonderful smile. He is the star of this store 🌟. The store environment is full of positivity & courteous professionalism when Matt is working. Thank you Matt. Keep on shining!

Never any issues.. The people who left negative reviews are sub human pond skum! They open late one day.. Big deal! The mixed up package girl below was not even affected by any of it. She's just an unhappy bleep who has nothing better to do!

I only go to this UPS store! There is another one closer to me, but I refuse to go to that one. (Gateway). The staff at this location is ALWAYS willing to help me and I never have a problem with anyone whom works there. I highly recommend them....they are great to work with. Hands down!!!!!!!!!!

This is an excellent service for mail boxes. The staff are always very helpful and reliable especially if I phone and need information about what is in my box. I have been with them over 2 years and intend to stay much longer. I highly recommend them.
