Luis was very nice kind polite and helpful. Not pushy at all. I didn’t make a purchase on this visit but will be back when I’m ready to upgrade.

Mom needed her phone hooked up & we definitely went to the right place. The guys took great care of her & she loved the attention. She is very happy to have her phone service back on thanks guys!

I went to this store after another metro messed up my account, I was so lucky to have met ridechel, he was a blessing, took care of all my needs and made me feel like family, I was so disappointed in metro until I came here, very kind and curtious, thank you.

My favorite Metro by T-Mobile store ever. I've been to several throughout the area, but none even come close to this one for tech help, great service and competitive prices. The manager, Webster, is tops in his field, knowledgeable and an all-around great person! The service here is fabulous and I feel like family whenever I visit. Love this store!

Had a great experience visiting this metro location.
Went to the metro located at the Lauderhill Mall and was advised that I would be charged $88 per activation for bringing two devices to metro. I was highly upset with the fact that I was been told other wise than what was advertised. Contact Webster the owner of Metro in Boynton Beach and he advise me that he would honor metro current deal of $80 for two lines and no activation fee. I was ver pleased with the service and the quick response but more impressed with the honesty given.
I would recommend Metro By T-Mobile on Whoolbright and Federal for the the wonder customer service they provided.

Webster Clarke at rhe Boynton Beach location off of Federal Hwy.was able to give me back the original phone number and reduce the cost of my plan AND gave me a promotional tablet! The total for both was far less then what another store gave me which had basically scammed since he did not tell me that I had insurance on my phone that had fallen in water. So, I had to purchase a new phone. I had just purchased the water damaged phone less then a month ago.Webster was awesom.

This store is the absolute best Marissa and Mia are my favorite people to come in and see! They help me whenever I need it and are very knowledgeable and caring. SWEETEST girls I ever met. This store is amazing and prices are the best in town, they are always helpful.
