We loved our experience with Jill J!! She was helping out at 1770 Bruce B Downs Blvd in Wesley Chapel. Usually we don't get the service that I expect from a customer service industry when we go to this location, but she made our visit enjoyable. It felt like 'friends and family'. She greeted us with a smile and she was upbeat. She even held the door for when we entered. She's super bubbly, yet very professionally efficient. Working with her has been our best encounter with AT&T. We'll travel to whichever store She's working at now. Thanks Jill!

Gaetano greeted us right away and was prepared and knowledgeable to help us! We were switching from another carrier and he throughly went over all the options and what would be best for our family. Switching phone services and upgrading a phone can take a lot of time and be not a fun experience. He made the process enjoyable and it felt like it went by quickly. He answered all our questions and was super helpful!

Normally I go to an AT@T Store when I have no other option as each representative normally have an attiude. However, this time I walk into the store to reevaluate my cell plan. I talk to Gaetano. He was very professional and understood my situation right away. He explained the best upgrade plan for me at very much the same price I had with unlimited data. I was in and out the store in about 15 minutes. Great experience. KUDOS to Gaetano. 👍👍

Mike store manager is absolutely 💯 amazing. His customer service and dedication has completely blew me away. He had to work between AT&T's warranty and Asurion's warranty departments by making a minimum 5 calls and hold times that exceeded 15 minutes each time. He was very tenacious in resolving my issue with great restraint and courtesy. He is a true value to your team. 💙

I called the store before I went there. It was obvious to me that Scott knew what he was talking about (especially for someone who has worked with phones in my career). When we got there, he was even better. Incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and the interaction made us feel like we have been friends for years. He is 100% consistent and delivered in everything he promised and more. I would strongly encourage this store and Scott.

Mike helped my son with his purchase of an iPhone. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, & kind. It was the most professional & quick service I’ve gotten at this store. I will definitely be back & ask for him to help me with future purchases. I returned to this store a few days later to turn in my son’s old iPhone for credit. Mike was busy with another customer so William assisted me. He was professional & quick with this process. He kindly answered all my question/concerns. Great to know I can pop into this store at any time & get great service.

This was by far the very best experience I’ve had at ATT. Their customer service online is awful… but today I went in person and spoke with a representative who was kind, helpful, young and just fun enough to make my trip EXCEPTIONAL. She told told me she was new - had just completed training - but was entirely competent. Her name is Laura and she is a huge asset to the ATT Store on Bruce B. Downs at Hwy 56.

Excellent customer service! Scott who works there ensured that I was comfortable using my new phone. An Android user, I switched to an iPhone for the first time in my life and had lots of questions. Scott was very helpful. A manager there also helped me resolve my situation, fingers crossed it will be fully resolved soon.

Went to the AT&T after making the mistake of changing to T-Mobil for eight months. After being an AT&T customer for over 25 yrs I knew the quality service I could get. Kevin help us getting back to AT&T. He even stayed up late to help me with the transfer. Great service and great store.

Mike was great. He was able to help solve our situation with our daughter while she finishes boot camp. It was very important to me that our daughters phone worked. He went out of his way to make sure the number would port properly. I’m extremely satisfied with his willingness to spend time with my family to make sure everyone received the products we wanted. He even went out of his way to call later that evening to make sure the services were working as needed. Overall I’ve glad we switched from Sprint to AT&T. Thank you mike we will be back soon.

Went to Wesley Chapel store location first, they were not very friendly and said my phone is too old and my info can not be rolled over to a new phone I wanted to purchase, left and went to New Tampa location, much better experience, got new iphone and Bryan helped me transfer all apps pics etc to my new iphone from the old model. He was very professional and good customer service skills

We had a great experience at AT&T! It was our first time trying AT&T out and we’re glad we did.
Ryan was incredibly helpful and personable. We came in with a mission to purchase a single phone for my husband and ended up being convinced by Ryan to get an upgrade for myself as well. Only because of his honesty and relaxed approach did we agree to proceed with our purchases. The overall atmosphere in the store was welcoming with all the employees helping each other and not rushing us out of the store. We look forward to our journey with AT&T!

Mike was super awesome! As soon as we walked in he greeted us & assisted us right away. After speaking with him for a few minutes, he noticed I was eligible for a discount on our plan & immediately got us hooked up with that as well as the new phone. Would recommend this store & Mike to anyone in need of great customer service!

Ok well the wait time sucks, can’t change that without more staff. But I’m here to say the staff they do have does a great job. The crazy stuff I have seen them deal with and the mind blowing questions they get asked (repeatedly) - it’s just astounding to me they don’t fall to the floor with laughter or insanity lol. I find they remain patient, kind, and surprisingly human once you are finally able to sit down with them though. Perhaps they are AI lol, or just way more patient than I am. Either way, kudos to AT&T for holding on to quality staff for dear life in this location, as calling in for customer service definitely does feel like a masterful torture device.
