I had a problem with a shirt I picked up while in Savannah. Debbie went above and beyond to make sure I got a new one. She went out of her way to track down my package when USPS sent it to the wrong address. The customer service was top notch in my book. Thanks again!

My Fiancé and I are visiting Hilton Head and decide to take a day trip to Savannah. We stumbled upon this store and was greater by these two lovely ladies. They helped us out with out purchase without being pushy and they gave us a great recommendation for something to eat. If back in the area again we will 100% stop in again.

Came upon this shop while waking around downtown. Got a new wardrobe for my husband. Large selection including another shop on the Riverfront with ladies selections but a smaller shop.

I don't normally write things like this, but I also don't normally have such a bad experience.

The manager was the most unhospitable person I've met in a while. I picked out an item of clothing and apparently it was mis-tagged. Not my fault, and not the fault of the lovely young lady at the register. But the manager halted the transaction and said "Sorry it's her first day" and said there's no way they could honor the price on the tag. Which I understand, they're a business and need to make a profit, but pinning it on your staff member, who had nothing to do with it, and having an unhospitable attitude is inexcusable. Plus, a mistake like that is nothing to pin on the customer to rectify financially. Businesses ought to honor the price they present to customers, and ought to at least bridge the gap somehow for the misunderstanding. I've spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this establishment, and I doubt I'll return.

Manager said "our owner would be upset," to which my response would be obviously the repeat guests and regular paying customers being upset must be much better.
