DG Ace Hardware

This place has always been my go to for so many housegold needs.. All the staff especially Crystal are awesome people...Thank you for always having my chuckles!!

DG Ace hardware at this location was sold, and is permanently closed. I was told by a former employee that it will become a Mobile Home Depot.

A lot of times the big box stores are more convenient or may have more inventory but if you want to get advice on how to install or how to use a particular product, this is a fantastic store to get the information. The staff has a wide range of experience and expertise and make a point to go to this particular location as often as I can because it’s a quality store with quality people.

Have everything one needs for home and garden the clerks are wonderful very helpful

Very helpful staff, helped look for products, made us aware of coupon savings. Had a good selection of items for a small store. Carry Yeti products here cups, coolers etc. Friendly service and slow traffic no waiting in line.

The sales people were very helpful and friendly, they took the time to help me with options.

So often we forget about our "neighborhood" stores and go to the big box hardware stores. The difference? Service! You don't have to go up and down aisles looking for someone who, in the end, tells you where an item is and disappears. Not here. You are greeted by someone who will take you to the item and make sure it is what you need. They are pros willing to share their expertise and they know what a "thingy" is. A huge shout out to Art who saved me $100 with a tiny little part for a curling iron which the company said couldn't be repaired. Good, old fashioned service which is almost impossible to find, except at DG Ace Hardware.

Perry is AMAZING. Never have I ever gotten such good customer service from anywhere/anyone else. I asked some questions about breakers and he gave me step by step instructions on how to do everything and even made sure I took to correct steps to protect myself when doing this project. Perry showed concern for my well being and went above and beyond for me in that aspect and I can’t thank him enough. The other employees there were very nice though I can’t remember any names but you can guarantee I’ll be coming back to this ace a lot from now on.

This place is really changed for the better. More people working and way better attitudes than several years ago. I actually stopped going here because of the, "it's over there in aisle six"

I've been coming to this Ace since I little, just over 25 years, and I've never had bad experience. The people who work here are always nice. Almost every time I've come in someone has asked how can I help with in minutes of being in the store.

Good store old fashion good quality customer service. Great experience and has everything you need for your household. I like that they can make keys and program your car key for you. Saves money buying key online and cutting it and programing it at the store.

As long as DG Ace has something I need, I will buy it there before the big box stores. On some items they are a little more $ but on others they are a lot less. The personal attention they give you is worth the extra few pennies. Diane and Gregg are the best. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Needed some extra keys made, one which was a bit unusual. They quickly handled this, including checking and double checking charts to ensure the keys made were correct...and they were. Also purchased a pair of Bimini shorts for the summer season. Ace has always had the tools and knowledgeable people to help with any project I have taken to them. Well pleased as always.

Friendly small town atmosphere! They got a little bit of everything. My go to place when I need to get in and out to keep working. Excellent service!

DG Ace Hardware. A very professional and knowledgeable staff. Every time we go there we always come out satisfied and they always know or can get an answer for us on anything hardware related. We would never go any place else other than DG Ace Hardware on Tamiami Blvd across from the Catholic Church of San Pedro North Port Florida.

They always carry or can order basically anything you'll ever need for any repair or project you're working on. Great store. Plus they have small cute gift items scattered throughout the store. A+ Great job Ace Hardware. ✌

Experience was great, best hardware store in North Port Florida. The assistant manager was a great help with changing the color on my paint, to make it darker. He was very patient and very persistent to get what I wanted, I am very happy with the paint ,looks a lot better now .Great service I will definitely go back there all the time. Ace is the place.

This hardware store always has the nicest employees. They really seem to enjoy their job. Even though the store is small, it pretty much has anything you'll need to do repair a home project.

Was in the store to exchange an item for a different color. After some initial confusion about cash back, the person behind the counter finally caught on to what I wanted to do and the exchange was went just as it should had. I failed to mention that I didn't have my original receipt as someone else paid and picked up for me the original item. The team there really helped me out.
