I came in to set up new internet service, when I did Coby was extremely helpful. He made sure he explained everything and made sure I knew about all the great promotions that were going on. I will definitely come back to work with him in the future.

Came in with an emergency and was helped right away! I was treated with such kindness! Thank you again !

Visited this store alot in 2023 due to service issues. Always had Great customer service...unless the store was packed then the wait exceeded the service.

Not sure of his name but the young man who helped me and my boyfriend was amazing. He was very patient with us and very helpful in finding us a good deal on two phones and service. If he didn't know the answer to one of our many, many questions, he never hesitated to ask another associate to get us the right answer the first time. The process was very smooth and he took the time to ask very important questions that helped him offer us the right plan and paid close attention to any questions or concerns we had about the phone or billing. Nothing but good things to say about this place and the gentleman who helped me today!

We have been with att for years. But last year the employees really got over on us several times. We were so unsatisfied that we were going to leave and go with another carrier. We talked to the new manager Ms. Sabrina and she apologized for something that she wasn't even apart of and asked him she could help. She spent days helping us get everything resolved alongside another employee Mia. They are both amazing and so helpful. They have a totally new crew there and the energy is amazing 👏 I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended them.
