I can't speak highly enough of the Lowe's Alpharetta location. Consistently, in gardening Richard and Jeri are amazing and always willing to help with a smile. Jeri does such a great job with the plants & flowers and is so kind.
Recently, another memorable experience from the time I walked in the door the store manager, Keyur Patel greated me with a smile. He was energetic, clearly busy helping someone else but took a moment to say hello, point me in the right direction and had someone meet me in the department. He even followed up 2x to make sure I was good. Dave, the assistant manager, was also so friendly and authentically spent time helping me with my selection. We laughed as I asked a million questions to get to a decision. He also told me about the MVP program. He and Lakia got me signed up which helped with my delivery being discounted! LaKia and Darrell were also amazing and customer focused. Please recognize this store and associates. They get it right over and over ensuring customers have a great experience. Thank you Richard & Jeri in gardening,Keyur, Dave, LaKia and Darrell. You set an example for other stores! Top notch!

As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and other associates I ran into had same pleasant smile.

The service was excellent and fast at the customer service desk. Very pleasant lady and fast.

I walked around the store and it didn’t feel disorderly and chaotic. Store was organized.

Garden section was nice and they have a separate indoor section for garden and outdoor supplies and indoor plants. Well maintained.

Very friendly staff the gentleman on electric like wires and staff like that helped me with some questions Very quickly and also friendly and then on plumbing another gentleman was happy to help me find some stuff even wasn't his area! Customers service at the from great 👍 so overall great experience!

I have been doing a lot of home improvement projects and this Lowe’s location is the best. They ALWAYS have people around and available to help when I have questions. Joel in windows and doors is fantastic. He helped me replace my patio doors and answered all my questions. Every staff member has been so helpful and kind. I will never go anywhere else again!!

Typical lowes. Clean friendly staff who answer questions and point you in the right directions. Easy to find things in the wide isles. Full garden center.

If you need help with home improvement this is the place to go. Staff is very helpful and visible. You don’t have to “find” someone to assist you. Good management.

Arlene was so incredibly nice, helpful, and patient with us today! She didn't get unfriendly with us even when she was frustrated. She showed dedication to helping us. Kia was also very friendly and informative!

The young lady working in the paint department this evening went above and beyond in helping me. I was looking for Sherwin Williams paint and only had a name. Apparently it was a name used for contractors but she was able to find it and make a sample for me. A definite asset to the store.

I recently picked up a gas grill. The staff was incredible. Kia met me at the service desk. She was so helpful and friendly. Adam and Daryl in receiving brought the grill out to my car. They had to work to get it into my car and actually had to take a piece off so it would fit (I had it assembled there). They couldn’t have been more patient! Shout out where it is deserved. They have some phenomenal folks on their staff!

5 stars for the ridiculous deals on outdoor living related items right now. Lowe's are always kept in pretty good shape but like most big box hardware stores, finding assistance can be difficult depending on the day. Even when you do find help, you may struggle to find the person with the answer(s) to your particular question(s).

Ja'Kiera was super helpful. She not only told me where my item could be found, she walked me directly to the aisle and bin! Excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning to this location.

Went in today to replace blinds in my house. First trip I bought the wrong size.
Came back with my chocolate lab, Jamie immediately refunded the balance and I went to get the correct size. There was another shopper on the isle telling me I couldn’t walk down that isle because I had a dog. My dog walked on the opposite side of her and mind his own business. The customer continued to make rude comments as we were on the opposite end of the isle of her. I walked around the next isle and went to check out. Once I was back to my car car i realized i had gotten the wrong size again.Walked back in and Paige immediately started helping me. I went back got the correct size and Jamie checked me out again. I was upset because of the incident with the lady and also each time i exchanged the price went up and up. Jamie paid the difference between the second set to the third. She didn’t have to that, but it just shows there are still good people out in the world! Very pleased with my experience with the workers!

Tron was the man!!! He found me on the isle when I was looking for something when a wrong product was in its place. I was having a really bad day and really mad that the wrong thing was there. He looked and found an entire box up top!! Made my day that someone was so helpful with out even being asked. I loved that he was actively looking to work. Made the entire experience way different!!

Brian was very helpful in helping me pick my grill out today. Mr Sheryl was also very nice and helpful with me purchasing this item.

Shout out to the staff at Duke Drive Lowes! I went in to buy a tool which came with a free gift, and it wasn't ringing up correctly in their system. I had 8 people help me get it straightened out! They wouldn't let me leave until I was fully satisfied! Oh, and the store is always clean and well organized! Probably the best Lowes that I've been to!
