I had some phone bill issues and no one would help me except for Issac. He is an amazing employee. He stands up for his customers, I highly would recommend coming here. He definitely should receive a raise or something. He’s absolutely amazing.

Brandon at this location always gives 110% in everything he does. We intentionally come to this store because of his excellent service. This last time he spent more than an hour helping us with our trade/upgrade to an iPhone 14. The difficulty was getting the old phone functional enough to turn off the necessary settings to qualify it as a trade. He worked tirelessly to help us trouble-shoot the problem. He was even willing to stay after hours until the job was complete - but we managed to finish 10 minutes before closing. He found us a jaw-dropping trade-in deal that I wouldn't have even imagined possible! He was kind, good-natured, had an amazing attitude, and provided us with the most excellent customer service. Thank you Brandon, we will be back. Hopefully with less of a challenge next time!

Tristan was great! I came in with a clear idea of what I needed and within 30-40 minutes flat, I had a new working phone and everything I needed for it. It was so seamlessly efficient, I wish every Verizon store had the same experience.

Awesome customer service!! Brandon was great. He was having issues transfers my phone content from my old phone to the new one. It took forever. He did not complain once, had a great attitude, and provided excellent customer service. He stuck it out and got the job done.

I worked with Tristan and he was awesome. I had demolished my iPhone 12 Pro Max in a cargo van door while moving my daughter cross-country. Tristan helped get us back on the road in no time. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He made a bad experience a bit more bearable!

I had the best experience at your store. I walked in not really knowing which direction to go in as far as what kind of phone I wanted and the staff helped me make a clear decision. Not only did I leave with my new phone, but I also left with plenty of new accessories. I have never been happy with Verizon customer service, but this particular store is hands down the best and most friendly group of people. In particular, Sandee, is so friendly and nice to talk with. Brandon was friendly and helpful! He showed me some great prices and walked out with two iPhone 12s the same day. Customer service was great here.

We had lots of questions that took quite a while. Amber was great to work with. helped us out so much and set the phone up that made it easier for us to use. She put all the apps on the home page for my wife. We are not computer people an she didn't make us feel stupid.can't say enough on the great job.

The people who work here are amazing. Always happy to help, always make us feel welcome. I especially appreciate that they make the effort to remember us when we come in. This store is a prime example of how customer service is done right.
