AT&T was super helpful transferring over our lines and getting new phones. They stayed late after closing to make sure everything worked, and were super nice the whole time. 10/10 would recommend them.

MeMe at the Clearview Store was extremely helpful. Set up our phones, upgraded our plan and same us some money.

Great customer service!! Mimi, my ATT rep at this location, was amazing! I would highly recommend. I had an issue in which my personal internet account would have been cancelled. Although it was the negligence of a completely different ATT store and phone representative, Mimi at this location sat with me for an hour and patiently worked through my issue. She even kept me calm. She was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and even her bedside manner kept me from freaking out. She worked tirelessly to trouble shoot and solve the error. I can’t speak for everyone at this location since I didn’t work with anyone else and it was my first time at the store, but if Mimi represents the service there, I highly recommend!!!

Today we went to this location and Kai took care of my husbands and my phone upgrades and was an absolute PLEASURE to work with! I wanted to get her number and be her friend by the time we were done because she was such a joy to be around. I highly recommend this location! Customer service from Kai was absolutely incredible and she even enjoyed our wild 2 year old being with us. Will absolutely be back for all our ATT needs!

I had an online order cancelled because they "couldn't verify I made the order" and was told to go into a store. Reluctantly I went, but I am really glad I did. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by all of the associates and Ky started to assist me. While Ky was taking down my information, we had a small pop culture discussion with the other associates, Marlene and Alex. I already knew what I went in for with all my information ready which made the interaction quick and easy considering it was about time to close. Everything took about 15-20 minutes tops; I was out of there 5 minutes before close. Once again big thanks to Ky, Marlene, and Alex, they were all amazing!

I went here to get my phone repaired and Trey was very accommodating and professional. Good at his job and very informative. The management was also always checking to see if I had been helped and that I was doing OK. All in all, great experience. Well done.

It was a pleasure working with Kelvyn Roque. He was very personable, responsive and customer oriented. He didn't make us feel rushed or ignorant. He took care of everything in switching us from Verizon, who we'd been with for more than 12 years, over to AT&T to take advantage of their current, awesome deal. If ever I have an issue with my phone or service, I'm going to ask for him by name. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

The representative was very courteous and professional. She was also very knowledgeable. I was quite impressed with the customer service I received. Much better service than I've ever received from my previous wireless phone carrier.
