Wendy's

Burger waaaayyyyyyy under cooked and onions rotten. Man in the drive-thru never acknowledged me and acted like it was an inconvenience to take my money. This location will never have to worry about getting anymore of my money. Lots of other options in the same block. I hope yall go out of business.

I have always considered this the “best” Wendy’s ! Always clean and the employees are great and I am especially thankful to the manager for giving my son his first job!!!

This was the best Wendy's that I've been to in a long time!
They were clean and modern, and their staff was courteous, quick, and professional.
The outside looked good too. The landscaping looked nice, and it seemed to me like they actually cared about the appearance of this business.

At the time that I visited this store, it was pretty busy, but that didn't really matter. I got my food in a prompt manner, and of course, it tasted great.
Wendy's is easily my favorite fast food place, and I am always on the lookout for one when I'm hungry and driving across my NC like I do way too often.

This place is a great example of how a Wendy's should be maintained and operate, and I hope they continue the great work.

Incredible customer service and very kind staff. Restaurant is kept clean and looks well maintained, food was warm and fresh.

I like this Wendy's because it's not like the one in Graham. The one in Graham locks the doors and doesn't let anyone eat inside anymore except the police. And the people who were inside when they locked the doors.... They never came out.

This location has great staff who care and appreciate their customers. I like it here.

Came by today while driving through the area and I’ll be honest, it was the best Wendy’s we’ve had in a long time. The lady at the first window was very sweet and nice. Will definitely stop back by if we come back that way.

Very fast service through drive through. Employee sounded thrilled to be working.

Nice New Wendy’s even has an artificial Fireplace inside and TVs and some comfortable leather type seating options, plus booths and regular tables .. clean bathroom, quick service, standard Wendy’s food

I work for Wendy's. Just started about two weeks ago. We have am awesome crew that's striving to make our customers happy and get them their food fast. We work hard in there. It might just seem like fast food to some of you, but your meal is actually fresh as it's coming out to you. We do both, (Quantity & Quality) assured! Our district manager and General Manager are making sure our new crew is working hard to appease and satisfy every customer. Now, with that being said, some things we cannot control. If someone has to call out because they have children and their child has to stay home and the only babysitter they have is daycare. Or if someone has covid, they cannot come to work. Or if someone stops showing up. Thst does impact our crew a little but we still strive for each and every one of you. And we get someone in as soon as we can so we're not short. But enclosing, please come back to Wendy's. The ones that gave 1 star, I'm sorry for your experience. I promise next time will be enjoyable, fast and customer service won't disappoint you! Thank you for all your feedback.

Nice cashier, busy place but they did not mess up our order. Got more BBQ sauce than we needed (usually gives only 1, not 3)

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I came in at 30 minutes to close and was greeted immediately, even though the cashier, Jackie, was out in the eating area cleaning. She was very friendly and came over to take my order, then got my name for the order. They went back to their closing procedures, but she made a point to tell the team member working on the fries to put the order for Andrew together once the fries were done. He made a point to look at me, confirm my name, and said he's got me. The entire time, they were all upbeat and smiling, clearly a great team dynamic.

Keep in mind, 5stars takes context into account. You're still getting Wendy's food. This, however, is easily the BEST location I've visited of this franchise, period. Manager needs a raise and promotion. During lunch, lines for drive-thru will reach the street and be processed in about 5 minutes, no exaggeration. The food is ALWAYS hot, to the point that I have to often wait for my fries to cool before eating; which often makes this location a contender for Jersey Mike's for my daily lunches. Only downside is I'm now frequently disappointed with other local options for fast food. Seriously, used to view Wendy's as worst option, and now rarely consider any other options.

My visit was via the drive-thru. The lady at the window was kind and quick with my order. My order was both hot, fresh, and correct. I am impressed by the positivity of the staff at this location, especially when some customers can be less than pleasant to serve.

The best Wendy’s I have been too all my life. It was quick and easy took like 5 minutes and there was like 6 cars infront of me. The girl who took my payment was soooo nice, I think her name is Cara. But super nice person and A+ on customer service.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Restaurant was clean. Newly remodeled. Our order was filled quickly and correctly. The sound on the tv was muted so we were able to hear each other and not the tv. It was a very pleasant stop.

I'm vegan but my kids absolutely love them! The customer service was great as well at the Hillsborough location.

They gave us the wrong order at the window. We had to keep it plus they made our original order. The women at the window did it with a smile that wasn't forced. Not a bad way to start the new year. Great customer service!!

I ordered on the app to dine-in and they were short staffed today. She brought my order to the door for me and was very polite. 😊
I really feel for our restaurants, people not showing up for work😔

Should be sign out front or at least on doors that din in ng room is closed we got out of drive up lane to go inside. We were just getting frostys. Door was locked no sign.Anyway 3 addition cars got into line by the time e we got back in drive e TV hrough line. Line was very slow. 30mins to get off interstate yo get frostys. Not again next we will do without or sete for sundaes at McDonalds
