Good store ,they have everything,hats,boots,good service,nice employees.

I have never been here before. I was impressed with their selection of Western boots, something for everyone. Very nice line of clothing, but some a bit pricey. Also had a nice selection of southwestern jewelry. I didn't make a purchase that day but will be back.

Finally after more than 6 months,I'm here getting my new Boots 😃 I got the Cody James Brand,I loved the design,the color,the comfort,the light weight,pfff I'm in love with these boots 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 All the stuff were very kind and nice, great costumer service 👌a lot of boots, styles,colors,so many options,so many to choose 🤯😱🤩 ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Bootland. 1,000,0000% Recommended 👍

Love going here shopping, mostly for my wife, buying high quality and sometimes exotic boots. Very helpful staff. Last week I bought some beautiful snakeskin boots that I have gotten many compliments on the two times that I have worn them.

Zack! Zack! Zack! Oh my goodness! Zack is a super amazing person, he made what could have been a stressful experience an amazing one and I am forever grateful! He looked online and found what I wanted, when I could make up my mind (shopping for a surprise for my husband) he made suggestions and explained the differences. He went online and found the size my husband had previously purchased which saved me a phone call and then assisted me in ordering them online while in the store. He was super patient too and whew! We need more people like him working in customer service. I love him as a person and will continue to spend my money with him; everything about him was amazing. He even engaged me in conversation while helping me. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated and that is amazing and appreciated because great customer service is hard to fine these days. Go shop Boot Barn and ask for Zack! Chuck is amazing too, he was not there today! Thank you Zack. Keep up the great good and I pray many doors open for you in this thing called life. 🥰🥰

Very good service and knowledgeable employees on all of the products they carry. The clothing selection is amazing and there's just as much for women as there are for men. There's even a cute children's section where you can dress your children to match. They also carry perfume, Cologne, jewelry for men and women, as well as hats and wallets. All the accessories are very high quality and make great gifts and stocking stuffers.

Way above exceptional customer service. I had an issue with a purchase, which was absolutely NOT their fault. I contacted the sales associate, Chuck, who was extremely helpful in resolving my problem. And also the manager... sorry I did not get his name. He was also fantastic handling things for me. I highly recommend this store.

Awesome experience!! It's hard to find quality work boots so glad we found this place..if you are looking for work boots or casual or country/western wear this is the place to be..the largest selection of boots I've ever seen...and the customer service was EXCELLENT!! Great Job! First visit for me & I got there about 30 mins before closing time. I had a hard time deciding on what pair of boots I wanted, they stayed late & didn't rush me, the guys were very professional! I will be back for my next purchase, I was in the trussville location the store was clean & very impressive, be prepared to spend some money but your paying for quality! Keep up the good work and please stock more 11.5 shoes moving forward lol thanks guy's! JM

Great selection and service. I put some clothes behind the counter while I continued shopping and they did not give me all of them at check out. They called me after I left and asked if I would like for them to hold the items until I could come get them. I felt like that was a step beyond normal customer service. They have a great selection of work clothes and shoes. Best selection in the Trussville area by far. Highly recommend.

Adorable Bootbarn, trendy cowboy wear as expected from a mainstream retailer. Lots of options for nice dress clothes and work clothes. Boot selection for workwear could be more broad. We like this store.

This place has so many freakin boots!! It will blow your mind on the amount of selections they offer! The employees are extremely helpful and the smell of leather smacks you in the face-in a good way-as soon a you enter the store!

The staff was super helpful in finding the right fit. Their system crashed while we were shopping and weren't able to purchase the items, however they ordered them online for us with a discount for our trouble and had them shipped to me promptly. Very nice people and clean store.

They didn't have the boots I wanted but let me order them still at a great price. Very satisfied. Shipment got to my house before scheduled time

I have shopped at Boot Barn for a couple of years now about several pairs of boots and I buy my socks from them also. The over the calf boot sock by Cody James are great for big guys.

Love this place need to have more jeans in stock for people 5"2
