The employees are always pleasant, even if there is a long line. They are always patient and their attention to detail is top notch. They always are looking for the best deal for their customers.

A great locally owned UPS store. Having had a mailbox at one in New England for over a decade, it makes me happy to have found another that is well run after relocating.

Most recently, I had to stop in a few times before Christmas for returns to Amazon. Each time the staff was so quick it was a pleasure to be in there. One visit there were 4 people ahead of me but it was still fast. Everyone who waited on me was friendly and professional. I used to hate that Amazon made me drop off at UPS store for returns instead of giving me a label and having pick up at my office. It's really super easy to work into my schedule and the experience is always very positive. Great service from a locally owned small business. Keep it up!

My cashier, Gloria, made me feel welcome. She was kind and very knowledgeable.

I was in the store last week shipping gifts to various locations. I knew it could be a bit time consuming for whomever waited on me. A gentleman, David, waited on me and could not have been nicer and patient. He provided the kind of customer service you should be able to expect. He offered me options on shipping as far as cost and made sure my packages were packed with care. I would highly recommend this location and David!

The customer service lady, Zyan, working at the UPS Store Cockeysville MD location (store # 7230) was incredibly helpful and kind to me today. It was New Years Eve and she was inundated with Amazon returns, but she still found time to help me ship out my non-Amazon packages and made me feel like a priority customer. She was kind to my children as well, which made having them with me as I ran errands so much easier. This is the only shipping store I will be using locally from here forward.

Came in for fingerprints and was greeted immediately by The staff. Even in the midst of the Christmas madness Ezra honored my appointment time and got me out quickly.

During the Covid-19 crisis, I would like to see more protection for the employees. The blue pleated mask that I saw was only for dust and would not protect that employee from the virus. When I was at the store, there were no plexiglas shields at the counter or any other type of shield at the counter. There were no social distancing markers on the floor for customers. More importantly for the employee at the waist high counter, there was no protection from a customer standing right up against the counter only 2 feet away from the employee. That situation happened when I was there with a conversation between the employee and the customer that lasted more than 5 minutes at the counter with the customer only about 2 feet away from the unprotected employee. As we know, without a high plexiglas or other plastic barrier between the employee and the customer the safe distance for the employee is 6 feet. I was very uncomfortable watching this an exited the store while this unprotected conversation was occurring. July, 2021: I returned to the store and found that things have changed significantly for the BETTER. I now recommend this store. I wish the management a successful rest of the year.

Went to this store while visiting family. The person waiting on us was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the options and box arrived on time! Service with a smile!!

This is the best ups store around ! They are fast and friendly and very helpful to explain the best way to ship . I recommend them to all your friends and family and I will be using them for all my shipping needs !
