Lands' End

Needed to return a jacket I ordered on online the staff here were great and helped me find the jacket I needed in their stock which I could take with me. The customer service was excellent and in the future I will probably go to this store rather than order online.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and the store well lit, clean and inviting. The clothing is good quality and reasonably priced, especially during a sale. Their on-line ordering in-house is also very convenient.

I used to do a lot of shopping at Land's end but I have cut back. If you're looking for quality merchandise and a good sale this is a great place. But keep in mind some of the stuff can be expensive unless it is on sale. One thing I can tell you is you always get quality!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was having a difficult time with LE through the website and was so frustrated, I called the Hunt Valley location hoping to get some direction. Christy Mills, the store manager, took all the details and my contact info and had the Head of Customer Service contact me within 15 minutes. The issue I was having had nothing to do with her or her store, but she was so compassionate to my situation she made sure it was made right. I was really impressed. I can't wait to shop at this store and thank Christy in person!

Got a couple shirts for a pretty reasonable price after in-store discount + coupons. Staff was friendly and helpful, not much more to ask for from a higher end clothing store.

When I was there (notably in a pandemic on on a weekday evening) the store was basically empty, too, so I was able to get in and out very quickly and get exactly what I needed.

Their sales are fun and make their high quality mdse reasonablely priced...

Was greeted as I walked in the door. Salespeople we’re friendly and knowledgeable. Selection was excellent, as were prices. Can’t wait to go back again!
