Giant Food

While most of the staff is kind and courteous I must say I'm extremely disappointed. I was just approached at self checkout over whether or not I had purchased the bags I was using. (I used SNAP benefits to pay for my purchase and paid cash for the bags I was using) I must appear to be a liar because Morgan asked to see proof of purchase. Are you kidding me??? Luckily I had proof that I'd paid the .15 cents. Maybe some employees at this location just don't like people who are struggling financially? Just bevause im using food stamps doesnt make me a liar or theif. Shame on you.

I did not use Giant Food this time. The site was visited for information. Past use for delivery has been excellent.

The Giant and Hunt Valley is well organized clean and easy to pay for the items and leave.

The best grocery store around overall with great employees that are personable and super friendly plus you save money here compared to going to super busy Wegmans that has continued to raise prices on many items. This is my go to daily store. Their bakery and meats and just everything is amazing plus fresh. The organization here is great!!

It serves its purpose for me. It's right down the street from work and when ever I need odds and ends it's a perfect place to stop and get just what I need. Plus they take Good RX so I can get my prescriptions there and get my odds and ends at the same time. The fruit and veggies are always fresher than the other stores I shop. Staff is always friendly smiles and speaks

Great store. I like shopping here before work. It's not busy. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and orderly. You can find what you need easily.
Also, going at lunch time is not too busy.

After we arrived our groceries were brought out in less than 5 min. By a super nice young lady who carefully packed them in the car. Most of my order was there say 1 or 2 items out of stock and a couple of substitutions. Anyone looking for a fast hassle free grocery pick up should consider Giant. I am a recent pick up customer with only a few grocery pick ups so far, but so far so good.

This store is awesome... Very clean friendly staff, the meat department is one of the best I have ever seen and the meat department manager is so knowledgeable and accommodating... I will definitely travel a few extra miles to shop here.

This is the best Giant in the Baltimore Metropolitan area in my opinion. It has fantastic variety in the store when it comes to food, drinks and even toiletry items. Food is always fresh here from the hot bar to cold items. Bakery is exceptional here. I am blown away by how big and clean this store is. The PNC inside the store is also fantastic. Even though its far from where I live, I take a Uber here just to shop here because it's that good.

Clean, great staff. I love the smaller size of this store...easy to find what I need and staff are always happy to help. The manager Kathy is very friendly and is always on the floor. Customers are also more pleasant than the cart-rammers at Wegman’s. Prices are fine.

This was my first visit to Giant Hunt Valley ... or any other food store since December 2020. I found all of the items I wanted. The store did not have any insulated shopping bags for cold goods. No line at checkout and workers were friendly and efficient as always in Giant of Landover stores for the past 50 years.

Well stocked and not too crowded. Short line at the deli. The deli man packed the spinach pies specially for me. Very nice Giant, but not close to home.

This Giant is better than most Giant super markets, better as measured in the availability of common products that oftentimes run out of stock elsewhere. Not exactly sure why, possibly because the population density around this location is quite sparse, leading to remaining stock, and or this store seems bigger and has more shelf space. In addition to that, there seems to exist an expanded product line as compared to counterpart

So far all the Giant I been to is so nice but many things has changed and prices are up

July 15th, 3:50pm. I enter the large Giant supermarket not knowing what I was looking for. I was feeling sour, maybe from walking out on Susie at Chick-fil-A or maybe it was the frosted lemonade. They always say "my pleasure" but is it really?...never the less I found myself in the sparking beverages and liquids aisle. Perhaps I was trying to wash away the guilt I felt or maybe it was just the frosted lemonade. I bought a whole case of deer park water, the only thing dear I had left, for only 4.95$. I didn't know what I was looking for when I came in, however now I have one big thing that is clear. Thanks Giant

I ordered a large party tray for the holiday. There were a two when I picked them up because all the condiments were on a separate tray. Very happy.

I found EVERY staple of mine, 6-7 items, that I have been buying from Good Lion for years that have all disappeared and no one there knows anything. Giant is now my new grocery store!
