Every time I go to Sass I have an incredible 5 star experience. Rebecca and her team are genuinely kind, nice, and compassionate towards everyone who walks through the door. She is always giving things to her customers that they personally would like, because she takes the time to talk to her costumers beyond a surface level, and get to know them. This is my absolute favorite shop not only because of how cute everything is, but because of the exceptional service and kindness I am met with every time I come in!

Sass is such a fun store. Rebecca and her team are all very sweet and helpful. I always wanted to shop at Sass but sadly never had a chance to visit the old store. I was so excited that they moved closer to me so I can pop in frequently and see their new merchandise.

I love Sass! Rebecca is so gracious and kind to all customers and so is team Sass. There is something for everyone here and all their items are inclusive and fun. The team is helpful with anything you need and very positive. Definitely come out to shop here, it’s fantastic for all.

It’s rare nowadays to find such compassionate and caring service in a store, but Sass does it so well!! The owner Rebecca and her staff go above and beyond at making each costumer feel special no matter how busy the store is. Not to mention, there’s so much adorable stuff in the store every time I go in!

What a Gem! I accidentally stumbled upon this amazing place and fell in love! Rebecca and Gabby are a true definition of what a 5 star customer service should be like! Welcoming, knowledgeable, sweet, stylish and beautiful! I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. But wait, this is not it… I asked Gabby to help style me cause I am not really good at putting outfits together and she did! I left with a bag full of goodies and a huge smile on my face. Not to mention, that i got all the brand stuff super cheap! Thank you for this lovely experience, ladies ! I shall be back! Attached are some of the outfits I choose.

The atmosphere at Sass Boutique is awesome! I’ve been 3 times already, and have always found something that I love. I recommend this consignment shop to everyone in the area. The owner, Rebecca puts her heart into her business and you feel the love and creativity as soon as you step into the store.

I went to Sass for the first time today and I will definitely be returning. The owner is absolutely amazing. She greeted me very warmly and took time to show me around and explain how the sales work. The store is extremely clean and neatly organized. The clothes were high quality with great prices. The staff and other customers were very personable. I felt like I was hanging out with friends. I highly recommend.

There’s something truly special about this place. If you haven’t been yet, and you like the idea of reusing resources and shopping in a more sustainable way, you’ve got to check it out. You can’t help but have fun. You’ll be greeted like an old friend (both by the human staff and the chihuahua staff). The store is full of laughter and the racks are full of great deals. I have never left empty-handed, and I’ve never left without a smile on my face.

Rebecca is THE hardest working business owner I know and Sass is a reflection of her passion, hard work and dedication over the past 10 years. She is consistently genuine , sweet , caring and excellent at her craft . She is top notch . Voted Best of Baltimore for 7 years for a reason.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping at Sass. Rebecca & all the associates were so kind and helpful. I needed to buy some staple pieces & basics for a new job, and my old wardrobe wasn’t cutting it. Sass has AMAZING inventory with great prices for the items!! 11/10 customer service as well for being helpful, incredibly friendly, and even being hype cheerleaders when I trying clothes on & during checking out. I will definitely be back again soon!

I have never been to a consignment shop before and this place is my new favorite!!!! They have beautiful clothing and much more. The ladies and their puppy’s greet you with the warmest and funniest greetings ever. They have great sales and they are so helpful. They also serve wine bonus lol. Trust me, you will have some new best friends!!

Sass is a hidden gem and THE best consignment boutique in the Baltimore area . Incredible constantly changing merchandise. Gorgeous shop, clean and very organized .
