Very nice place, very friendly and helpful staff. The foot scanner is the best! They really try to make sure to find the perfect fit for you. I've purchased 2 pairs of Brooks and 1 pair of On Clouds from here and the inserts they sell and have been very pleased. I like the Brooks the best! I have recommended a few people to this place and would highly recommend again!

I wish I could give more than five stars. My husband and I walked in and were greeted in less than five minutes. We were given the absolute best customer service I’ve ever had. I have already recommended Fleet Feet - Tupelo to multiple people and will continue to do so. I will definitely be back.

We went to Fleet Feet for new walking shoes. The salesperson who waited on us was very helpful. I was impressed that when I asked a question she didn’t know the answer to she asked someone who did know the answer. She was able to show us several options for us to choose from, and we found exactly what we needed. All in a timely manner. We left with 2 new pairs of shoes and we were very happy with our experience. I would highly recommend the staff at Fleet Feet to help you with all of your walking/running shoes.

I have diabetic neuropathy, a torn band on my big toe, a hammer toe, and collapsed arches. I thought it impossible to find comfortable shoes that allowed me to do my walking routine in comfort. Within an hour, they had me set up in the most supportive and comfortable shoes I have ever had. I immediately went for a two mile walk and enjoyed every step. Well worth the trip to give these folks a chance to help you. Very pleasant and professional!

The customer service in this store is second to none. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the correct shoe and the shoe that is best for you! They do it in a timely manner and are so kind.

Blake and Oliver were amazing! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our large family. I appreciate their willingness to help and how kind and helpful they were through the process. We bought several pairs of shoes for our family. Definitely recommend!!

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out the staff were friendly. The associate that I worked with directly to do the foot scan was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up getting a pair of Brooks and shoe inserts and love them.

I went yesterday looking for new running shoes, and the staff was very accommodating. Walked me through the feet scanner, and discussing the results. Allowed me to try on several shoes until I found the ones that were best for me. I never felt rushed, which I greatly appreciated and allowed me to be ensure I would be happy with the purchase I made.

The prices were comparable or better than those found online. They have a wide selection of shoes. The salesperson, OLIVER, assisting me was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave me the military discount that I wasn’t aware they had! Instead of just buying one pair, I purchased TWO! Recommend 10/10!!!

I almost gave 4 stars because I wasn't overly impressed that it is not much more than just a shoe store. They do have some pretty cool technology that measures every aspect of your feet and how you stand allowing them to give recommendations tailored to your specific needs. The one machine that I was interested in that measured how you walk wasn't functioning the day I was there.
We arrived just before closing but we drove an hour and a half to get shoes and, while they didn't seem to want to stay late to help me, they did and we appreciated that. It's because of that and the fact that they helped my wife so much, that I bumped my rating up to 5 stars.

5-star service. 5 star selection. Feet ID done. Bought 2 pair HOKA tennis shoes as I'm an avid walker & cross trainer. Will be back! Mallory was amazing! Super clean store.

Had an overall great experience. I started noticing a little knee and foot pain after my long runs so I decided to go in for a foot scan. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time to explain my foot scan results and what inserts and shoes I needed.

Caleigh at the Tupelo location was great! She helped me find the perfect fit to my foot! Go see her!

Everyone at the store goes above and beyond to be helpful. Tracking down just the right shoe in just the right size and just the right color -- they're on it! Very knowledgeable -- I ran the same model of shoes for years. They really dug in -- asked what I liked and didn't like about them, suggested a different make and model that are now my favorite running shoes. They care! It shows! Yay!

When I walked in the door an employee was ready to help me. He asked me a few questions and within a couple minutes he brought out 3 pairs of Holka shoes with one being exactly what I was looking for. Will be back!!

There was a young guy there that scanned my feet and helped me find shoes. He was very knowledgeable about the different shoes and even recommended insoles that would make my shoes more comfortable. It was a great experience!!

If you need shoes this is the place to go!!! I stand on my feet all day at my work and my feet have been hurting for several months now just getting progressively worse until I could hardly stand at all last week. Ordered hokas online thinking they would help because I’ve heard great things about them. Not the case for me. My feet hurt so bad the one day that I wore them. I took them into the store to return them and hopefully find some to replace them. Leigh knocked the customer service out of the park!! Not only did they take the hokas and initiate my return, I got the email saying my refund was being processed before I even found my replacement shoes. Leigh scanned my feet and then brought me several options to try. We tried them all and figured out which ones felt the best!! I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Just got home from work and my feet feel so good I may just sleep in my shoes! 😍 Thanks Fleet Feet and Leigh for fitting me with amazing shoes!! I’ll be back!!

Would highly recommend Feet Fleet in Tupelo. They scan your feet to ensure you are fitted with the correct shoe and size. No pressure to sell you anything as the service and products sell themselves.
