The staff at this location are amazing! In the wake of a family emergency, I had to ship out numerous large and heavy items and boxes. I was treated with care, kindness, and so much understanding. All during the days leading up to Christmas!

Annette in particular was a shining star, and went above and beyond with helping to sort and pack the nine family heirloom framed pictures/paintings I brought in. I was at a complete loss on what to do, and Annette gave such wonderful guidance and when I opted for the store to do the packing she treated every item with such care. Her compassion spoke volumes about herself and the wonderful people working at this store.

Fast and friendly service, quick in and out- they keep those lines moving! Special thanks to Annette, who helped me out this morning.
Reasonable rates for shipping and printing, plenty of free parking, and late hours- open on Sunday too!

My favorite UPS store location because the employees are fantastic! But BRYCE is one of the most OUTSTANDING UPS Employees I’ve ever encountered- in fact, he’s clearly just an outstanding individual, who had a great work ethic and an even better attitude! This review has been a long-time coming because I’ve been frequenting this UPS store location for 2 years now, mostly because Bryce is top-notch and always greets me with a smile and is so patient and attentive, even when the line is out the door and it’s super busy! His consistent kindness and positive attitude truly stands out in a culture where people don’t seem to care about courteous & attentive customer service anymore!

Just to speak volumes about the exceptional person Bryce is: When I asked for his name to write this review, He wrote down his & his coworkers name: Annette! And Annette is awesome too, don’t get me wrong, but the fact that Bryce was watching out for Annette when I was only concerned with elevating him, shows his commitment to his team and to put others first! Wow! A rare gem! Give Bryce a well deserved pat on the back & a raise cuz Is he even human?! ;)

I’m a fan of the self-service Amazon kiosk but not when I scan 4 returns then it needs me to package the 5th. I clicked start over and didn’t get a receipt for the 4 scanned items. Bummer. BUT associate Bryce came to my rescue and gave me the personal attention I was needing right then. Thanks, Bryce!

Isaac presier was extremely helpful and diligent and fast paced. Very friendly costumer service and efficient. Love going to this store!

Gotta give this UPS location a 5-star. We use them consistently and always get treated well with friendly service. They get busy sometimes, but open a new register and move us along, but still remain friendly and extremely helpful.

I used this UPS location for a large Notary job and it had to be completed in two visits. The Notary (withholding name for privacy) was awesome, along with the entire staff. They were all patient, dedicated, professional, and very helpful. I strongly recommend this store. Thank you all for your great service.

Greatest experience, seriously the Best UPS store I’ve ever been. They even treat kids with kindness by giving them kids stickers.

I've been a mailbox holder here for 7 years. Both the old owners and the new owners have treated me fabulously. I'll be back in tomorrow!

My fiance and myself visited this location just before closing and Mar gave us some amazing last min info about sending out our invitations and the cost. We decided the route we wanted to take thanks to the kind full information we got from Mar. The next day we show up with our labels on our invites. Mar was so nice and genuine I felt his sentiment and excitement for us sending our invites. He even layed them out so the Gram so my fiance could take a quick boomerang(that is greatly appreciated Mar Thank you). Both the gentlemen were so nice and was helpful while helping other customers as well. Looking forward to send more stuff!:D

Today I took in a crated painting to be shipped to my home in Toronto. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the young man who helped me, but he had fair skin and hair and said he had a new two week old daughter. He was incredible. He got all the customs forms filled out, weighed, measured, gave me a quote, which was quite reasonable, and was altogether friendly and professional. I can't recommend this location enough. I feel that my painting will be safely delivered to me in Canada.This would be "my" UPS store if I still lived in North County.

I believe new owners just took over and the new team is outstanding! They provide fast, courteous and outstanding service. I look forward to going there for my shipping needs.
